內政部推產業訓儲替代役　明年上路

【王家俊／台北報導】為化解替代役人力過剩、配合經濟部「推動中堅企業躍升計畫」等，內政部下午宣布推動產業訓儲替代役制度，開放專科以上畢業役男申請到民間22大類產業，從事技術或服務性工作，滿足產業人才多元需求。內政部最慢10月初將《替代役實施條例》修正草案送請立法院審議，盼明年6月畢業役男可提出申請，初期以每年5千人為限。

內政部政務次長蕭家淇下午在例行記者會上說，產業訓儲替代役是以培訓役男成為產業中階儲備幹部為目標，比照現行研發替代役制度，役期3年，包括半導體、石化、生醫及保健、資訊、電子等22大類產業。服役期間薪俸由役男與用人單位自行洽談議定，可望造就減輕政府財政、紓解兵源超溢、厚植產業實力的三贏局面。

內政部役政署長林國演說，配合國防部明年停止徵兵，推算83年次以後的役男將採募兵制，而82年次以前緩徵的役男有22萬到23萬人之多，塞兵狀況會維持6到7年，明年起替代役男的兵源也會從目前3萬5千多人暴增到6萬2千多人。
