【短片】新北天空出現「開心」雲

【綜合報導】中央氣象局發布豪雨特報，今午後對流雲系發展旺盛，苗栗以北地區有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，台中以南至台南地區及高屏山區、宜蘭山區有局部大雨發生的機率，民眾須注意瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風及溪水暴漲，低窪地區則應慎防淹水。  

在氣象局發布豪雨特報前，《蘋果》在新北市的天際拍攝到奇特的「開心」雲，濃濃的烏雲中彷彿破開一個洞，洞形有如一顆心，畫面獨特。
