奇力光電關廠員工 南市府與議會陳情

本月初無預警關廠的奇力光電員工上午前往台南市政府與市議會陳情，員工高舉白布條，要求市府協助讓資方盡早出面，解決員工欠薪與資遣費的相關問題；市府表示，這是台南市第一起公司董監事集體請辭的個案，市府目前除了已協助員工到法院控告相關人員業務侵占外，還將依照市議員的要求，發文給參與投資奇力的群創及奇菱科技兩家公司，希望兩家公司能出面協助解決問題，並向中央建議修改公司法與勞基法，保障員工權益。
