【短片】替徐總抱屈　林益全：私下平易近人

【綜合報導】義大犀牛總教練徐生明昨晚心肌梗塞猝逝，享年55歲。傳徐生明嚴肅，讓球員感到有壓迫感，對此，犀牛隊球員林益全替徐總抱屈，指徐總在球場上嚴苛，但私底下平易近人，還會教球員做人處事的道理。

林益全指出徐總曾提醒他：「球迷花了300元買票來看你比賽，可是你卻讓人家覺得花這300元到底值不值得，其實他是在教我，提醒我每一場比賽的專注力，要回饋給球迷。」

林還指說自己結婚的時候，徐生明因為忙於指導少棒，無法出席喜宴，還向他道歉。
