（中央社記者鄭傑憶羅馬26日專電）義大利比薩斜塔搖搖欲墜的景象吸引許多遊客，但為了防止斜塔真的倒塌，專家們持續「矯正」工作。「斜塔觀護團體」指出，從2001年到2013年減少了約2.5公分的傾斜。

興建工程歷時200年、在14世紀落成的比薩斜塔是熱門旅遊景點，由於傾斜程度可能引發危險，1990年起斜塔暫停遊客參觀。義大利政府從1992年開始斜塔的「矯正」工程，以免塔身持續傾斜。

專家先在斜塔周邊打下18條直徑達2公尺的鋼索穩住塔樓結構，隨後往下挖掘掏出老舊的混凝土後，再灌入現代的軍事用水泥鞏固基礎。

根據專家推估，20多年來的矯正工程大約可以保證比薩斜塔繼續聳立兩三百年。1020826
