警載送拒馬　超載險掉下

【李銘宏／台北報導】2012年1月，一部警方載運拒馬貨車因鐵鍊鬆脫，整疊拒馬掉落，砸中黎明技術學院副教授座車，送醫後不治，事後警方信誓旦旦表示會記取教訓，但今天凌晨，警方卻依舊將拒馬載運至中央聯合辦公大樓，載運拒馬的貨車，車斗嚴重傾斜，整疊拒馬好像快掉出車外，但在場的中正一分局局長方仰寧，面對記者詢問時，卻直接扭頭離開，不願回答。
