柯震東吸毒自白影片曝光後，受到全球華人關注。據悉，在中國吸毒遭捕藝人會穿著囚衣拍攝自白認錯影片，主要目的是展現中國打毒的決心，剛好成為掃毒的宣導短片。
 
中國媒體人士透露，藝人拍攝悔過自白影片，成為央視一貫作法，都會先在央視播出，昭告大眾。中央要求藝人拍，他們也無從抗拒，沒聽說有減刑交換條件。但許多網友認為，此作法違反人權。（娛樂中心／綜合報導）
