西子灣海域 礁岩區危險

〔自由時報記者黃良傑／高雄報導〕高雄市有兩大海岸美景，一是旗津海域，一是西子灣海域，水域地形各有不同，但都危機四伏。旗津部分水域日前才因低氣壓形成，可能引來長浪，救生人員插上紅旗警示；西子灣海科院周遭海域雖未插紅旗，也非公告危險海域，但岸巡、消防人員會視海象勸離泳客。

西子灣有柴山環繞，毗鄰中山大學，西子灣夕照是南部一大美景，海水浴場更吸引許多泳客。由於海岸線長，海水浴場往北5、600公尺，延伸至海科院前有一處美麗沙灘，吸引老外慕景前來戲水、日光浴，更是婚紗攝影的最愛景點。

岸巡第五總隊表示，該水域並非公告的危險海域區，平時不一定會勸導，但海象不佳時，岸巡弟兄或消防人員都會前往勸導，但不能開單裁罰；再往北的礁岩區危險性增高，記者實地走訪，並未發現有警告標誌。
