籌不足500萬保金　黃季敏還押

【張欽／台北報導】消防署前署長黃季敏下午獲台北地院裁定現金500萬元，2500萬元書保交保候傳，合議庭原諭知，黃若在晚間9點以前籌不足500萬元現金，將先還押看守所。庭後黃的律師立即與黃妻聯繫，確認今天籌不足500萬現金，律師轉告黃季敏後，黃同意暫時放棄交保先還押，等明天籌足保金後再交保，黃稍早已還押北所。
 
黃季敏律師陳佳瑤表示，黃妻雖有準備現金但不足500萬元，必須向親友借錢，再加上法官裁定時已超過3點半，已超過銀行營業時間，家屬決定繼續籌保，看明天一大早是否能籌足。法院指出，明早若辦好交保手續，中午將帶釋票到北所直接放人。
