遠東環球(830)中期純利上升26.3%至4000萬港元 派中期息0.5仙

遠東環球(00830)公佈截至6月30日止中期業績，公司股東應佔溢利為4000萬元，較去年同期上升26.3%。每股基本盈利為1.87仙。派中期息0.5仙。

期內，集團錄得總收益7.25億元，較去年同期下跌7.8%。

北美分區實現營業額4.41億元，較去年同期增加約5.7%。該營業額佔集團收益約60.8%。北美分區產生毛利1300萬元。

大中華地區的收益由去年同期減少35.3%至1.89億元，主要由於香港若干項目如啟德郵輪碼頭及新國際郵件中心已於2013年竣工，而澳門新項目如永利路?項目、美高梅路?項目及路易十三於2014年上半年仍處於初步階段。因收益下跌致使毛利由去年同期減少700萬元至5400萬元。

亞太及其他地區的收益由去年同期增加1800萬元至9500萬元，而集團的此分部毛利則為3700萬元，較去年同期增加1700萬元。
