【短片】洪案證卷　洪姊：一個字都無法看

 【林世雄／台中報導】洪仲丘案自八月二日起訴後，洪家律師團原本以為可以開始調閱卷證、釐清疑點，但今天已是起訴後第十天，洪仲丘的姊姊洪慈庸卻表示：「律師團根本連一個字都還沒有看到！軍檢起訴之後，所有卷證就轉到軍事法院，但軍事法院法官表示要先閱卷，所以律師團遲遲無法調閱！」
 
　 她說，目前軍事法院沒有把案件管轄權交出，又不讓律師閱卷，同時又把相關被告交保，這些做法使得整個案件的進度一直處於原地踏步的階段，家屬期待趕快將案 件轉移至普通法院並讓律師閱卷，加速偵辦腳步，「否則洪案發生至今已三十多天，繼續拖下去對家屬及國防部的傷害會愈來愈大！」
