很久沒做技術員了，想問一下這樣的薪資水平正不正常？ 某隱形眼鏡廠，作四休二助理技術員，三個月日夜輪一次，月休約10天。 日班：底薪21K + 輪班津貼$67/日 + 超時津貼$5200(是加班費的意思嗎？)， 合計約：27K 夜班：底薪21K + 輪班津貼$400/日 + 超時津貼$5200 + 夜點津貼$70/日， 合計約：35K 試用期三個月，三個月試用期滿會調1K底薪，等於底薪22K。 我是女生，工作內容應該就是品檢之類的吧。 不過，5、6年前我曾待過LED廠作二休二的夜班技術員，不加班一個月有32K(印象中)。 感覺看起來好像多上5天班但錢沒多多少。 不知道這樣算對不對？ 然後，派遣公司也有在同步招聘，最近才看到的， 雖然條件很寬鬆但肯定要被吸不少血就是了(學經歷不拘，固定班不用輪班)。 應該是很缺吧！ 謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.64.152.110 ※ 編輯: love0622 來自: 210.64.152.110 (08/08 23:41)
