高市警方查獲假高梁酒　瓶身仿冒真偽難辨

【楊適群、吳世龍╱高雄報導】高市刑大查獲有菸酒零售執照的張姓男子（31歲）涉嫌販賣假的金門高梁酒，警方起出假冒的100年春節配售專用酒96瓶，以及金門地區專用酒264瓶，瓶蓋上防偽標籤、標籤龍尾上小字、和立體浮雕的英文KINMEN等字樣都有，除印刷字體些許不同，其餘特徵幾可亂真，一般人民眾難辨真偽。

金門酒廠自知坊間假酒多，特地製作隨身攜帶的放大鏡，讓民眾能查驗真偽。但警方表示，一般民眾若不是常接觸高梁酒或平日就對真假酒類有研究，還真難以分辨。張男供稱，貨源是向某中盤商進貨，「自己也不知道賣的是假酒」，警方訊後依違反《商標法》、詐欺罪嫌，將張男移送檢方偵辦。
