賈二慶認罪強調　「沒和賴素如談過」

【綜合報導】審判長林惠霞再追訊賈二慶認罪範圍，賈二慶說，「有關傳話部分認罪，賴素如說需有一點費用」，我只是忠實轉達這些話給程宏道，（這些話）是彭建銘告訴我，（我）沒有和賴素如談過任何費用問題」。
 
林惠霞再問何謂「費用」，賈二慶說，「彭建銘告訴我，賴素如要費用，就像起訴書的1500萬，再降到1000萬，但最後沒進行下去」；賈解釋，彭說要先給賴，分100萬、300萬、600萬，但是我轉給程宏道後，程宏道沒有同意，我也沒指示彭建銘如何處理。
