【林金聖、黃仲瑜╱新北報導】「我有愛滋病！」新北市一名持改造槍枝的愛滋男前晚拒絕警方盤查，竟用自己的血當武器拒捕，他從腰際拿出短刀揮舞劃傷警員後，持刀猛割自己的手臂，他邊向警方灑血、邊騎車逃逸，因機車卡在分隔島，他棄車翻越護欄，沒想到卻摔落15公尺下地面送醫不治；遭劃傷警員有感染愛滋風險，得服藥追蹤半年。
