逢低買進績優股 勝算較高

美國經濟持續轉好，但速度緩慢，法人指出，Fed是否在9月立刻進行縮減QE購債金額尚待觀察，新任FED主席提名人選也是下一季觀察重點。

整體而言，本波指數的修正，並非來自基本面的大變化，只是美股陷入技術面整理，台股表現也會比較辛苦。以台股今年區間行情的格局來看，投信法人建議，追強勢股、殺弱勢股的操作方式會比較吃虧，反倒是找業績成長股的低點買進，逢相對高點賣出的策略，勝算較高。
