楊念祖出面接受陳情　白衣人相約燭光晚會見

【政治中心／台北報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘疑遭不當處分致死，由公民1985行動聯盟發動「公民教召－還仲丘一個公道」活動，十點已達三萬多人，將國防部團團圍住。國防部副部長楊念祖十點出面接受接受行動聯盟陳情書，同意三點訴求，楊念祖向來嗆聲的民眾鞠躬道歉。
