全球首富：每人每周只應工作三天

多次獲得國際財經雜誌評選為全球首富的墨西哥電信大亨埃盧(Carlos Slim Helu)表示，員工每周應該只工作3天，要有多點時間放鬆與享受生活。

埃盧周五(18日)在 巴拉圭一個商業會議上表示，員工每周應只工作3天，每天11小時，並將退休年齡改為70或75歲。埃盧認為，工作日減少好處多多，對創造更多娛樂活動及休閒方式極為重要。英國《金融時報》指出，埃盧旗下電話公司Telmex一批年青時期就加入的員工，可在50歲前退休並選擇繼續工作，每周上班4天就可領取全薪工資。

《富比士》(Forbes)雜誌本月15日公佈，埃盧以796億美元(約台幣2.3兆元)身家，力壓身家791億美元的微軟創辦人蓋茨(Bill Gates)，成為全球首富。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
