一名少年單車迷趁環義大利自行車車的賽車手衝線後坐地喘氣之際，不是恭喜他或扶起他，而是與他自拍。這名少年在Instagram秀出自拍照，被網友罵翻。

環義自行車賽第三站周日由北愛阿馬至愛爾蘭都柏林，德國車手Marcel Kittel首名衝線，耗盡氣力後坐在地上喘氣，19歲車迷David McCarthy把握機會，跟疲憊而一臉辛苦的Kittel自拍。

David 之後在Instagram貼出自拍照，還加上註解說「Kittel過終點後倒下，我沒有扶他，反而與他一同自拍」。部份網友以為Kittel摔車， 而David則是麻木不仁，因此群起批評。David最終刪除相片並向Kittel道歉。

Kittel其實並不介意，卻幽默地回了David一句：「你受到教訓了」。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）

湖北武漢有記者日前見到一名孕婦在街頭跪地乞討，說自己到當地找丈夫，豈料丈夫與小三遠走高飛，但自己已無盤纏返回老家，所以向路人求助。

記者詢問該名孕婦背景，對方透露自己來自貴州貴陽，已懷孕7個月。當記者問女子是否需要協助，女子馬上收拾雜物離開現場。

一星期後，記者又在街上碰到該名女子同施故技，跪在地上途人乞討，記者再次詢問，但對方竟答老家是雲南昆明，有6個月身孕。

女子因記者不斷追問，又打算轉身離開。當被問到自己是否在行騙時，女子終於承認是騙人。當記者繼續追問，女子隨即破口大罵，並嗆「關你屁事」。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）

已經審了兩個半月的南非刀鋒戰士皮斯托瑞斯(Oscar Pistorius)槍殺女友案，由於辯方證人稱皮斯托瑞斯可能有焦慮症，法院決定讓他進行為時一周的精神鑒定。

皮斯托瑞斯去年情人節在家中槍殺女友，事後宣稱他誤將女友當成闖入行竊的歹徒，主張自己無罪。但檢察官認為皮斯托瑞斯是在與女友爭吵後開槍，故意將女友槍殺致死。

承審法官表示，雖然她知道送皮斯托瑞斯去做精神鑒定又要讓這場審判拖的更久，但為公正起見，她還是同意做這個鑒定。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）

媒體指稱壽險公會理事長許舒博，想要透過黨團協商進行金融營業稅法的二讀文字修正，讓保障一年期以下的人身保險險種，其保險給付，也可以從應納稅基中扣除；許舒博今晚表示，這是正當作法，並非黑箱作業。

許舒博說，經立法院財政委員會一讀通過的條文，依現行立法程序，只能在二讀時進行文字修正，並且只能在院會時由黨團表示意見，再交相關黨團進行文字協商修正，這是目前立法程序的慣例。

他說，壽險公司規模大小與經營績效迥異，以2013年為例，稅後獲利者15家、合計723億元，但稅後虧損者也有13家、合計98億元（產險業18家稅後獲利132億元，二家稅後虧損7億元），壽險公會為會員公司爭取正當權益，向立法當局反映民意，並無不當。他向各黨團提出陳情，係屬正當作法。
