【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市23歲男子呂哲明（在押）上月9日凌晨，與17歲黃姓女友涉犯縱火燒家案，新北地檢署今認定黃女不服父親管教，提議縱火焚父， 黃女並親自潑灑汽油，但呂男與黃女共同謀議，且由呂男購買汽油與點火，起訴呂男少犯殺人未遂與縱火罪嫌，建請法官從重量處最嚴厲之刑。

起訴指出，事發前幾小時，黃父召開家庭會議叨念女兒與呂男不要每天遊玩晚歸，激起黃女不滿而起意報復父親。呂男用保特瓶購買18元的95無鉛汽油縱火，造成黃女父親在內4名長輩嗆傷，黃父一度插管住院。

呂男與黃女作案後一度潛逃嘉義，經呂男姊姊聯繫警方投案，呂男被檢方聲押禁見獲准。黃女被少年法庭法官裁定收容於少年觀護所，目前仍接受調查。

檢方表示，若法官日後認定黃女符合涉犯最輕本刑5年以上重罪，須移送檢方，屆時將採追加起訴方式處理。據悉，呂男雖無機會當面向黃父等傷者道歉，但應訊時表達「很後悔」。
