第一次在這發文，小弟在這間公司今年8月滿3年了，擔任國貿業務 這間公司主要算是買進賣出，向廠商進貨，做自己品牌的包裝 一般公司的國貿部門可以細分為出貨部門或者船務部門和國外業務部門 不過我們這個小企業什麼都要自己來，從客戶端接到下單，安排給生產部製作， 出貨前點貨，自己裝貨打棧板，自己裝貨櫃，不過通常有倉庫人力支援， 很難想像有國貿人員要爬上貨櫃的吧! 尤其這種大熱天， 不過也因為這樣我學會開堆高機，還有豐富的疊貨經驗。 薪資方面其實在台南地區算是很不錯的，第一年開始沒有業績獎金 ，大約領到３２～３６K，直到滿第二年因為表現的不錯開始有了業績獎金 ，差一點可以領到４X K，好一點可以領到６５K左右， 平均應該有５０K，另外還要處理進口的貨物， 非常忙碌，不過我的目標一直都是可以進大企業或外商 ，現在有意想跨出那一步去挑戰， 但是對於之後的工作的起薪不知道能不能像現在這樣感到徬徨， 想請教前輩給些建議 PS 我是私大應外畢 TOEIC 835 日文基本對話會， 但是沒去考檢定，大約N3左右吧 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.105.70.118

小妹是應屆畢業生，最近幾個禮拜瘋狂面試之後很高興收到幾個offer，幾經考慮 之後選擇了現在這間公司，今天是第一天上班。會計小姐跟我詳細說明公司的薪資 福利制度後，我發現有幾處很不合理，想請問大家給我一些意見。 1. 公司說勞基法是規定隔周休，但由於公司是跟著公家機關走是採周休二日制，那 公司就比勞基法多放了幾天假，所以必須要扣薪補回。假設今年公司比勞基法多休7天 ，那麼在這一年內依照我的薪水算就有7個月的薪水需扣$900，那加總下來一年會被扣 7x$900=$6,300 這點我覺得非常奇怪！為何公司主動放假卻要扣員工薪水？我問了一 些朋友及長輩都覺得極不合理。 2. 公司還規定若是一年內事假請超過6天(含6天)、病假請超過7天(含7天)，只要違反 上述任一項隔年就無休假。我問了我爸的意見，他說勞基法是規定做滿一年就有7天休假 ，這樣做是不行的。 還有幾點覺得....的就不列出來，上述這兩條是我覺得非常不合理的地方，感覺有點 佔員工便宜，還是我剛出社會太嫩了，其實這些制度行之有年？ 想請各位前輩開示.....好不容易面試許久終於挑出一間覺得不錯的，結果進去才發現 有些東西根本之前就講得不清不楚，只講好處，所以難免有被騙的感覺，得知時真是 頗傻眼，朋友都叫我考慮清楚，叫我不要做了，但是很怕去別間公司面試時也無法得知 詳細的薪資福利制度，進去又會有一樣的情況.... 希望大家給我一點意見，求職路好不順.........T^T 謝謝你看完落落長的文章。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.226.73.94 ※ 編輯: englwings 來自: 36.226.73.94 (07/01 20:12)

| 三星6月市值大縮水 跌掉1家SONY

【實習記者陳雪蕾／綜合外電報導】由於GALAXY S4智慧手機銷售不如預期，三星電子（SAMSUNG）6月股價大跌12.7%，創近1年單月最大跌幅，市值蒸發253億美元（約7619億元台幣），比對手SONY（索尼）的市值還大。
三星S4買氣不如預期，日前摩根大通（JPMorgan Chase & Co.）、摩根士丹利（Morgan Stanley）等相繼大砍三星年度財測目標。此外，6月來已有15名分析師不約而同降低三星第2季純益目標。
分南韓Leading Investment & Securities分析師吳相宇（音譯）認為，S4跟S3手機沒有太大分別，消費者跟本沒有動力購買。他指出，中國手機將成為三星最大競爭對手。

| 偷化糞池鼓風機被逮 竊賊緊張幾乎飆淚

【林錫淵、吳柏源／高雄報導】高市1名無業、染有毒癮的蔡姓男子（37歲，有毒品、竊盜前科），上周六凌晨連續在鳳山區偷3輛自小貨車電瓶，當場被巡邏員警逮捕，移送法辦交保後，今天下午又到鳳山區文濱、文衡路口的正修科技大學宿舍地下室機車場車場，竊取3具排放化糞池沼氣的鼓風機，當場被宿舍管理員發現報警，管理員關上出入口的鐵柵門，蔡男要攀爬被攔阻，警方趕到，一眼就認出蔡男，直說：「又是你！」蔡男一臉快哭出來模樣，向警方哀求放他一馬，警方不為所動，偵訊後依竊盜罪送辦。
