【綜合報導】聯電榮譽副董事長宣明智與名媛李珍妮非婚生女案，出現羅生門，宣明智認領8歲女兒後卻控告女兒非骨肉，台北地院昨下午首度開庭，李女跟女兒沒出庭。晚間李珍妮則受訪指女兒生父是開發金控執行副總吳春臺，並發聲明指吳已先願付女兒教育費。但吳的友人則投訴《蘋果》，指吳否認小女孩是他的骨肉，李女說法「絕非事實」。
李珍妮聲明內容摘要如下：
「宣明智先生原先是願意繼續擔任小女孩的父親一職，但後來因為宣明智家人反對而作罷，但宣明智先生和我已經達成協議,為了不影響小女孩在學校的發展，而且宣明智先生也願意將來還是以乾爸的身分與小女孩繼續互動，所以將不會更改姓名，只是由生父吳春臺先生在法律上完成認領動作及提供未來的教育費，吳春臺先生也透過友人表示他從小女孩出生後就非常喜愛她，因為小女孩像極他自己小時候的模樣，他將先支付新台幣五百萬元給本人，彌補過去幾年沒有支付的教養費，並承諾從今年九月開始每個月由公司的薪資轉撥新台幣二十萬元作為小女孩的教育費直到碩/博士畢業為止。」
對針李女說法，吳的友人投訴《蘋果》，指吳否認小女孩是他的骨肉，李女說法「絕非事實」。記者昨聯繫不上宣明智、吳春臺兩人，不知其回應。開發金發言體系則指，不便代吳回應。

【林世雄／台中報導】針對桃園法院抽中兩名年輕的女性法官，成為洪仲丘案的承審法官一事，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸說，「並不會法官年紀因為比較年輕，辦案就會比較沒有辦法！」，反而她覺得年輕法官的包袱愈少，受制於人的情形就愈小，希望法官可以拿出他的熱情與正義來偵辦洪案，「我對她們有信心！」。
對於外界指稱兩名女法官是「奶嘴法官」一事，她說，用負面的看法來看待兩位女法官並不恰當，她不會擔心法官的年紀問題，不管是男生、女生，有沒有資歷，都不重要，重要的是法官有沒有要對這個案件投入心力，只要願意投入都可以把事情做好。
她說，其實洪案案情並不複雜，只是被先前的審理與偵查的狀況，讓案情變得很複雜，只是要把散亂的毛球整理好。希望大家一開始不要給法官太多壓力，先給她們一些時間、空間，看她們的偵辦表現，再來做評論。

台安醫院營養師劉怡里表示，減重常敗族以「周末肥」或「點心肥」居多，「周末肥」是減重過程常見的溜溜球效應，長期下來可能只瘦了肌肉，身體脂肪比例提高，日後減重更不易，建議周休二日只選一餐放縱吃，隔餐開始就回復清淡飲食。
不少人減重失敗是因正餐吃太少，易嘴饞而吃過多點心所致。

新北市交通局八月起以綠色鋪面加「人行道」標字及「大人牽小孩」圖樣，並重新規劃公車停靠區等停車位，提供行人安全行走空間。
