【綜合報導】西班牙北部聖地牙哥市(Santiago de Compostela)，今日有一列車發生嚴重出軌事故，目前已知造成45人死亡，但在事故現場看到屍體遍布，慘不忍睹，有分析家指出，這可能是西班牙40年來最嚴重的交通事故。

有目擊者指出，現場曾有一陣大爆炸，之後就看到列車斷成好幾節，甚至一度危害到附近民宅及路過民眾。西班牙總理拉尤(Mariano Rajoy)稍早發出聲明表示，對罹難者及其家屬表達哀痛之意，並已與政府相關高層召開緊急會議，當地醫院也呼籲請社會大眾捐血，救助受傷者。

【綜合報導】菲律賓民間團體發起的反華示威今天在中國駐菲大使館外舉行，抗議中國在中南海主權問題的強勢作風，有數百人參加，約兩小時後結束。
 
早上10時左右，大馬尼拉地區馬卡蒂市普亞特大街330號世界中心大廈時已有大批警察在周邊維持治安，大樓正對普亞特大街的一側拉起封鎖線。示威者陸續抵達，當地警方派出50多名全副武裝的防暴警察，組成兩道防線把示威者與大樓隔開。

11時30分左右，示威活動的發起者之一、最近剛成立的「西菲律賓海聯盟」的兩名召集人、前任內政部長的阿魯南與菲國眾議員戈勒斯在人群簇擁下先後抵達現場，兩人同聲呼籲菲律賓人團結起來，對抗所謂中國在南海問題上對菲律賓的欺壓。

示威抗議從12時左右正式開始，至下午1時30分左右結束。示威過程中多個參與團體的負責人登台講話，不斷指摘中國，也有數名菲律賓和美國菲國藝人登台帶領參加者唱歌及喊口號。

有幾名越南人在現場出示菲律賓與越南聯手對抗中國的標語，菲民間團體「西菲律賓海聯盟」還向「越南朋友」發出一份「合作倡議書」，呼籲越南朋友與菲律賓團體聯手對抗中國。

由於安全原因，中國駐菲大使館領事部證件組今日未開放洽公。

高檢署今天指出，洪仲丘案，軍檢與桃檢是「分工合作」、不是「共同偵辦」，兩檢已有對應窗口，今天是設立第二個聯繫窗口。

國防部及法務部上午9時30分進行閉門會議2小時後，召開聯合記者會，對洪仲丘案發表包括兩部分工合作、儘速偵辦等共識。

高檢署襄閱主任檢察官郭文東下午指出，他與桃檢21日赴軍檢協商，當時就已協調，負責偵辦洪案的高等軍事檢察署與桃園地檢署建立聯繫窗口，雙方可就相關卷證作溝通、交換。

郭文東表示，兩部上午開會決定，軍檢與桃檢是「分工合作」、不是「共同偵辦」，為了提升對話層級，另設立第二窗口，以便軍檢及桃檢在各自分工調查時，遇到無法解決的問題時，可透過他及曹金生以熱線直接溝通，提升辦案效率。

【綜合報導】喜歡用茶包泡茶喝的人要注意了，英國調查國內量販店販售的自家品牌茶包顯示氟化物的含量嚴重超標，成人每天建議攝取量為4毫克，但這些茶包的氟化物含量，最高超標120%。
 
研究人員調查國內Tesco、Asda和Sanisbury’s量販店，它們銷售的自家品牌茶包，通常是賣場內最便宜的，不過卻也是氟化物含量最高的，平均來說一公升的茶，就含有6毫克的氟化物，適量的氟化物有助保健骨骼和牙齒，但長期攝取過量的話，將造成氟中毒，破壞牙齒琺瑯質，損傷肌肉或關節。
 
專家建議政府應規定，在茶包的營養成份表上，也應註明氟化物含量，以便消費者安心飲用。
