【綜合報導】總統馬英九連任國民黨主席成功。不過回顧日前他因為認為政績亮眼卻不被人民認同，感到委屈哽咽。對此世新大學客座教授王健壯認為，馬總統犯了「四個不到」錯誤，才會導致這個結果。

世新大學客座教授王健壯今天在《聯合報》論壇版發表《馬總統的「四個不到」》一文中指出，馬總統面對日漸低落的支持度，以及同黨同志的撻伐沒有反躬自省，反而卻一再細數政績，來反駁外界批的「無能」。

馬政府執政五年多，犯了多項重大錯誤政策。例如：五都改制、賦稅改革、組織改造、證所稅開徵、以及十二年國教。不僅讓人民無所適從，更讓人民身心俱疲。馬總統往往忽略重點、輕忽配套，低估民意反彈，「抓不到重點」，成了馬總統第一個領導問題。

第二個問題則是「學不到教訓」。以租稅政策為例，馬執政五年多來，造成台灣稅損龐大，造成國家財政入不敷出，馬總統卻從未反省。
第三「踩不到煞車」，馬總統因為抓不到重點，也就沒「停損」習慣，就像駕駛只會在出事前一刻踩緊急煞車，弄得全車乘客痛苦不堪。
如果領導人能找對人才並賦予權責重任， 或許還能補救領導人的缺點，但馬英九的第四個領導問題卻是「找不到人才」。

因此可以預言的是，在可見的未來，如果馬總統不能改掉「四個不到」的缺點，馬政府仍然會繼續在政策上犯錯，政績也不可能會有重大改善。

【綜合報導】繼湖北「貞操女神」徵婚後，又出現另一奇葩！這次是廣東珠海「貞操男神」，一身奇特打扮的男子，近日在街上手持兩張紅色海報，左邊一句「鐵腿哥比武招妻」，右邊一句「非處女別來煩哥」，公開徵婚，還指明要「冰清玉潔的處女」。

這名自稱是「絕對處男」的奇男子，名叫齊虎，近日在珠海市拱北口岸的大門前徵婚。據悉，齊虎乃江湖異人，幼從名師，腿功驚人，能用小腿脛骨在13分鐘內踢斷10公厘乘8公厘的花崗岩石條43根，因而被譽為「鐵腿哥」、「天下第一鐵腿」。齊虎自言，對傳統看得很重，婚姻戀愛中就是「循規蹈矩，依禮而行，半分馬虎不得，逾越不得」，他又引經據典，說到如何顧及禮義廉恥，不然淪為真正的禽獸。

齊虎的言論與行徑，令人哭笑不得，網友則紛紛吐槽「貞操女神之後又冒出個貞操男神，這幫妖孽真是殺之不淨。」
