【綜合報導】從2010年12月的茉莉花革命，點燃阿拉伯世界體制改革的火炬後，緊接著2011年初埃及接棒，民眾在強人穆巴拉克(Husni Mubarak)強人統治30年後終於自省、覺醒，走上街頭，之後推翻軍頭政治、去年6月穆巴拉克成為階下囚，埃及的民主還好年輕，理應是橫衝直撞、如海綿般用力吸收養分、期待長成開花。卻傳出，軍方開出武裝重機械進城掃街、鎮壓支持首位民選總統莫西(Mohammed Morsi)、手無寸鐵的支持者，把千年古城開羅的漫天黃沙染紅、屍橫遍野的罕見粗暴屠殺，問題出在哪裡？

國際評論家歸咎於「埃及兩派都不懂民主的真諦」，現在正朝著分裂的路上進行，穆斯林兄弟會(Muslim Brotherhood)與軍方眼看只求消滅對方，難言合作，國家前景堪虞，更有評論斷言：「今日之後，穆斯林民眾還會再相信投票箱嗎？」

首次總統大選中，穆斯林兄弟會的莫西雖然順利當選，得到民意授權，但上任後漠視民怨，軍隊現在又殘暴濫殺手無寸鐵的示威者，埋下仇恨，美國智庫蘭德公司的中東專家馬蒂尼形容：「兩派都只想殲滅對方的政治影響力」，在這次血洗開羅落幕後，穆斯林兄弟會與政府軍方、人民與警察或是基督徒與穆斯林間的對立，將難以弭平。

現在官方公布的死亡人數是638人、超過4千人受傷，國際媒體在現場報導的記者也已有4人死亡，從各大通訊社傳回的照片裡可以看到，死傷應遠不只如此，而更大規模的抗議活動「憤怒星期五」又即將在台灣時間今天傍晚上場，號稱百萬人將包圍開羅解放廣場，不管國際間如何譴責、哀悼，激化了的人民與手上有槍的軍閥們，怕只當馬耳東風，沒人能喊停，只怕也沒人敢喊停。

【蔡裕隆／綜合報導】上季季中回鍋擔任SBL(Super Basketball League，超級籃球聯賽)台灣大技術顧問的「籃球博士」鄭志龍，今天由球團宣布將重掌兵符，擔任領隊兼總教練，希望藉其經驗與專業，帶領球隊延續上季打進球隊由台灣大接手後的首度季後賽氣勢，新球季更上一層樓。
 
曾在SBL第5到第8季擔任台灣總教練的鄭志龍表示：「最近中華男籃於亞錦賽打入四強，重新喚起球迷們的熱情；加上自接任技術顧問以來，我感受到球團對球隊的用心與投入，也看見年輕球員們的成長，讓我決定接下此一職務，為球隊再次打拼！歷經上季的磨合，球員間的搭配漸入佳境，未來我會持續強化團隊默契以提升戰力，相信我們在上季打入季後賽後，本季可望有更好的成績！」

由於雙親健康因素，原台灣大籃球總教練賈凡在與球團合約到期後，決定卸下總教練職務，回到中部擔任教職。對於賈凡擔任總教練期間的付出，台灣大球團表示肯定，並給予最大的祝福。
 
台灣大籃球隊同時也延攬「黑人」陳建州出任副領隊，這是黑人在離開台灣啤酒籃球隊後，睽違兩年再度回到SBL。球團期望藉由其在球隊行銷與球員的經驗，協助打造台灣大籃球隊成為一支兼具實力與人氣的隊伍。

受狂犬病疫情影響，房仲業調查，全台有多達四成招租中房東，不歡迎養寵物房客，創今年新高，其中新北、台中不歡迎比重均逾五成，台北市比較友善，僅32%表明不願意，26%表明可接受。

好房網近日統計房東出租有寵物房客的意願變化，發現在台灣絕跡半世紀的狂犬病，上月重現後，上網招租的房東，勾選「不願意」開放房客養寵物的比重明顯升高，占比達40.3%，是今年以來單月新高。

以台北市、新北市、台中市及高雄市等人口集居的四大都會區觀察，不願意開放給寵物入住，以台中市55%比重最高，其次為新北市54%。在願意部分，台北市有26%的房東願意開放給寵物入住，最為友善。

好房網總編吳光中分析，飼養寵物容易造成屋內設備被破壞、產生難聞氣味及亂吠擾鄰等問題，過去一直有三成左右房東，表明不歡迎養寵物的房客，近期媒體強力放送狂犬疫情報導，更是挑動房東們的敏感神經，不願意比重再升高。

吳光中表示，為提升出租率，也有四成左右房東對房客養寵物，選擇面議或未明確表明願不願意，建議民眾在承租房子時，最好仍先問清楚房東，是否可養寵物，並在合約中載明清楚，若承租有管委會的大樓，建議租方先弄清楚，在管委會規章中是否有相關規定，以免衍生租屋糾紛。

【周昭平／高雄報導】國立高雄大學創意設計與建築學系副教授兼總務長陳啟仁，有感傳統對歷史建築修復保存成本過高，發展出僅修復房屋主要結構的「非典型修復」法，還將修復方式擴及師生及民眾參與，三年來已把橋頭糖廠內廢棄日式宿舍逐漸恢復原貌。

陳啟仁表示，原本位在興糖15巷內的六連棟日式單身宿舍，經修復活化並命名為「愛木興糖15巷」，未來計畫打造為藝術展演等多用途空間，昨天起一連3天還舉辦「日式建築維修再利用工作坊」，邀請匠級師傳授傳統木建築構件的榫接技法，重現傳統建築當時精緻作工。
