(放鞭炮灑小花~) Cloudpen寫食玩遊記認識了一批愛吃鬼朋友! 這些都是當初意想不到的事情!!! 大家是以吃會友!能認識到這麼多不同領域的網友很妙~ 而且能成為現實中的朋友更妙! 電影台詞說:人生就像一盒巧克力，你永遠不知道會拿到什麼口味~ 彌月油飯也是!(恩?) 你永遠不曉得裡面到底有沒有雞腿! 這回友人兒子的彌月油飯，是來自永樂市場的林合發油飯粿店。 不愧是懂吃的一對父母阿! 連挑彌月油飯也這麼專工，我們還沒吃就覺得好期待! 油飯盒子上頭附有貼心的保存方法卡片，因為油飯是當日現做而成~ 若沒有食用完畢，放涼後需置入冰箱(冷藏三天、冷凍七天)，避免容易壞掉!!! 來自永樂市場的老店:林合發油飯粿店，從1894年創立、秉持純手工製作的原則~ 對於現在什麼都是機器做的時代，這樣傳統的老味道~ 依然是許多人心中的最愛。 為了要讓女友吃到最佳狀態，從另一友人妙傳到Cloudpen手上，回家就趕緊進冷凍庫! 等到過幾天和女友碰面之後，趕緊開箱來看看雞腿有沒有被偷吃掉阿~ (恩?) 在保存小卡也有提到，建議使用烤箱10-20分即可食用~ Cloudpen先將油飯從盒子拿出來到古早陶碗，再來就是開旋風烤箱來加熱囉~ 不愧是傳統的彌月油飯，雞腿配兩顆紅蛋是標準配備! 冷凍過後烘烤的雞腿，當然沒有剛出爐的鮮嫩多汁，但烘烤後的水準依舊不差! 雖然少了點多汁感覺，但肉質一樣嫩! 烤過的外皮吃起來不會太油膩~ 這腿好吃!!!
