【綜合報導】英國布倫特市會堂接待員沙妮絲（Shanice），笑容可掬為訪客解答問題，但非有問必答，因為其實她不是真人，只是虛擬3D影像。

英國《都市報》報導，市政會花了1.2萬英鎊（約56萬元台幣）研發這個虛擬接待員。訪客輸入問題，沙妮絲就會解答，但她只預設了幾個答案，如果問其他問題，她就會被考倒，無法回答。

採用虛擬3D影像取代真人，估計每年可節省1.7萬鎊（約79萬元台幣）支出。

【高佳菁／台北報導】創意集資資訊揭露專區正式啟動，櫃買中心董事長吳壽山表示，FlyingV（昂圖股份有限公司）成立1年來，已有100件創意案獲得募資，募資金額逾3000萬元，FlyingV創辦人林弘全指出，台灣有很多優秀創意人才，期透過該平台，鼓勵年青人創業，不僅可做自己想做的事，還可解決就業問題。
 
櫃買中心與FlyingV早上舉行創意集資資訊揭露專區簽約儀式，去年成功透過FlyingV平台成功集資提案的紙雕工作者成若涵指出，她的提案是「紙雕台灣百年上河圖」，期透過長達20公尺的紙雕，去呈現台灣各地方鄉鎮的特色及文物。原只預計募16萬元，沒想到在短短2個月就募了20萬元，在過程中不只順利募得創作資金，更獲得多人的支持，讓她在創作時不會感到孤單。

聖保祿醫院自製「急診壯心」CPR宣導短片，內容爆笑也不忘給觀眾上一課「病情要說清楚、講明白」。影片現已放上YOUTUBE供眾人觀看，很難想像這部佳作只花了不到3個小時完成。

聖保祿醫院參與桃園縣「愛與祥和百萬人CPR」微電影創意競賽，由護理長李明珠執導，醫護人員演出，內容十分逗趣。

李明珠說：「急救CPR技術我們非常熟悉，但拍攝影片、剪接及上傳影片就有些挑戰。」李明珠甚至請出傳播背景的姪女當顧問，才有信心面對不熟悉的分鏡和剪接。而大家同心協力，拍片氣氛愉快，讓她覺得：「團隊因此產生向心力才是最重要的。」

她說，急診病人狀況多，醫護人員工作忙碌，民眾面對自己或家人生病，就醫時不要慌張，「掌握病情一定要說清楚講明白，才能讓醫護人員有正確判斷與處置。」

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】宏達電（2498）新機消息不斷，新One系列家族的中階生力軍首批One mini銀色版昨天已在宏達電相關通路鋪貨開賣，今天將陸續鋪貨電信及其他通路商，期望為中階款銷售再添動能。
 
雖然6月高階智慧機動能有趨緩，但根據台灣相關通路廠商統計，宏達電高階款Butterfly s配合系列行銷，7月開賣後已衝上7月熱銷排行前5名的成績；中階款部分，宏達電對金屬機殼的One mini寄予厚望，持續透過行銷活動，在台灣、香港力推，也有望在中國市場開賣，期望打響中階旗艦機的封號。通路商透露，首批貨數量有限，並以銀色款為主，黑色款仍要再等等。
 
宏達電One mini定價1.59萬元，相較已先開賣的三星GALAXY S4 mini定價1.49萬元來得貴，不過後續仍要觀察實際鋪貨速度，以及消費者接受度。

【綜合報導】尼泊爾106歲老人拉伊（Bote Rai）從小到大生活在貧窮中，一直無法實現搭飛機翱翔天際的夢想，此事經媒體披露後，許多人表示願贊助他完成夢想。在當地時間周二，拉伊終於坐上一班客機，體驗了一趟國內飛行。他下機後，老淚縱橫地接受媒體訪問：「我的心願終於實現了。」
 
新華社報導，一個政府的醫療團隊上周日造訪拉伊居住的小村落，在探訪期間，拉伊向醫療人員表示，希望死前能體驗坐飛機的感覺。此事獲得媒體大幅報導，拉伊的心願突然變成了「全國人民的心願」，許多公司與民眾表示願意出錢讓他搭飛機，最後是由私人航空公司Yeti Airline贏得幫拉伊完成夢想的機會。

【綜合報導】英國25歲女子妮可拉琵特（Nicola Peate），在利物浦一間餐廳吃三層漢堡時，竟然吃到顎骨移位，要入院治療。

英國《每日鏡報》報導，琵特張口享用那個巨型漢堡時，突然感到痛楚，嘴巴不能如常盡情張開，嘗試用刀叉切開吃都不行，同行的未婚夫代他把漢堡吃了。

琵特說當時感覺像舌頭抽筋，繼而出現耳痛，頭痛，但當時只是一笑置之。她雖然患有俗稱「鬆皮症」的先天性結締組織異常（Ehlers Danlos syndrome），關節特別寬鬆，但她當時沒想到，吃漢堡竟會吃到骨頭出問題。

翌日，琵特的痛楚更厲害，逼不得已要入院。醫生用X光一照，發現她果然顎骨移位。醫生為她把顎骨托回原位後，叮嚀她進食要小口吃，也不要張口打呵欠，或把嘴巴張得太開。
