【顏振凱／台北報導】民進黨8年執政研討會下午討論國防議題，對即將上路的全募兵制，前行政院長游錫堃、前國防部長蔡明憲、前國防部副部長柯承亨都認為應反省、檢討。游也坦言，他做過行政院長，募兵制這決定，他也曾大力推動過，但現在看來有問題，黨內也要反省、檢討，也該對此有腹案。

蔡明憲則說，如以色列、新加坡，都是徵兵募兵同時進行，台灣如要全募兵，要有兩先決條件，一是不會妨礙台灣軍事安全，二則是先招募到足額志願役軍人，才能實施全募兵，但現在中國不放棄武力犯台，也威脅台灣，目前狀況募兵兵額也不夠，柯承亨也透露，昨天才有監察委員找他研究，看怎樣對募兵制設定停損點，他認為募兵制是選舉口號，做不到就要嚴肅面對。

此外，蔡明憲、柯承亨等也都認為，如果民進黨有機會再執政，還是應該貫徹文人部長理念，蔡說，對先前因抄襲案去職的楊念祖，他本有期待，但楊辭職了，很可惜，柯則說，唯有文人部長，才能打破軍種本位限制。

【綜合報導】手搖茶飲店「清玉」主打翡翠檸檬茶「黃金比例」，在北部夯到天天排隊，茶飲業者紛紛跟進。《蘋果》委託弘光科技大學抽驗清玉、50嵐、喫茶小舖、橘子工坊4家業者同類商品，發現有3家甜度都超過13度，喝1杯熱量等於吃下18到20顆方糖，是成年人每天建議攝取糖量的2倍。營養師警告：「長期飲用不僅導致肥胖，還可能誘發糖尿病及心血管病。」

標題[討論] 台灣電影的近期發展

解嚴前後那段台灣電影新浪潮的藝術片時代 通常是有深度 無票房 但這種片比較能堪稱經典 即使很多年後 仍有人拿出來討論 真正台灣拍出來比較有票房的電影應該是從"海角七號"開始 (李安的"臥虎藏龍"也算是個開端 但他比較像曇花一現 而且版權屬於美國 沒有真正帶動台灣電影) 但截至目前為止 感覺多是娛樂有餘 深度不足 打著國片 本土 的旗號讓觀眾進場買票 但如果去除"國片" 還會有人去看嗎? 最近看到金馬獎的名單 大多也讓我感覺格局太小 講的"感動"或"深度"太過簡單 很多僅是頌揚人性美好面 卻少了許多真實的人性衝突與思考 令我感覺是種情感上的烏托邦 反而太過虛幻不真實了 讓我覺得比較出彩的大概是"賽德克巴萊" 但是這片的缺點也不少 最近"失魂"感覺也是 挺有意思的一部片 當然要兼顧票房與深度的電影是很不容易 但我實在替台灣的電影感到可惜與憂心 總覺得開始有點突破了 卻又停滯不前 沒有更大的進步 如果不能順著最近這股國片興盛的潮流有所突破 一不小心可能又會往後退(台灣很多產業 常常這樣) 最近印度片 韓片也看到許多很棒的片子 但台灣片能讓我打從心底說好的 說實在 非常非常之少啊 補充: 我認為兼具票房與深度的 "少年Pi" "三個傻瓜" 這兩個台灣觀眾應該也能接受 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.104.48.92

【劉志原╱台北報導】台灣省建築師公會台北聯絡處，3年前租用國光假期旅行社公司遊覽車辦員工旅遊，吳姓團員在台中市知名的東豐自行車道上遭後方單車追撞，腦部受創死亡，吳男家屬認為，依法旅行社應替團員投保每人200萬元意外險，但此團僅公會替團員投保100萬元意外險，因此訴請旅行社賠償100萬元差額，今遭台北地院判敗訴。

判決指出，若旅行社提供旅遊服務，依《旅行業管理規則》，應替團員投保最低每人200萬元意外險，而旅遊服務是指提供交通、膳宿、導遊或其他有關服務，但國光假期旅行社公司僅負責提供公會遊覽車及領隊，這名領隊也沒參與公會旅遊活動，僅在車上協助發早餐、飲水及介紹景點，行程及食宿都是公會自行安排，顯見國光假期旅行社公司並未與死者成立旅遊服務合約，旅行社不必替吳男投保，判旅行社勝訴免賠；仍可上訴。
