近日，國務院正式批准設立中國(上海)自由貿易試驗區，試驗區範圍涵蓋上海市外高橋保稅區、外高橋保稅物流園區、洋山保稅港區和上海浦東機場綜合保稅區等4個海關特殊監管區域，總面積?28.78平方公里。 我們的分析與判斷： 1.利好上海機場。我們始終認?上海機場： 1）未來數年無大額固定資本開支； 2）在機場收費制度調整的影響下，未來幾年業績複合增速有望在15%以上； 3）公司同時存在資?整合、迪斯尼帶動需求端等預期。而上海自貿區的建設將使得上海機場的投資價值更加明顯，原因是：（1）極大的促進上海浦東機場吸引中轉貨物、中轉旅客需求的增長；（2）促進上海浦東機場免稅商業零售、商業租賃等非航業務的發展。因此我們維持上海機場的“推薦”評級。 2.利好上港集團。主要從兩方面提升公司價值： 1）自貿區政策落實可能促進上海港集裝箱吞吐的增長。2013年1-7月，上港集團集裝箱吞吐量1931萬標箱，同比增長3.2%；其中洋山港區826.3萬標箱，同比增長0.7%，外高橋港區集裝箱吞吐918.8萬箱，同比增長5.1%，吳淞港區吞吐186.3萬標箱，同比增長6.1%。 2）上港集團正在開發的土地專案亦可能得到價值提升。目前上港集團投資的地?專案包括上海航運服務中心、上港濱江城、東郊矽谷豪園、格藍城專案、南歐城二、三期、海門路55號地塊等。我們維持公司2013-15年業績0.24/0.26/0.29元的業績預測，目前公司股價約合10x 2013年PE。維持“謹慎推薦”評級。 風險提示 ：宏觀經濟持續不景氣造成交通運輸需求疲弱。

【曾伯愷／新北報導】我的錢被提款機吃掉了！新北市三重區1名陳姓婦人，前天上午9時許，於三重區龍門路正義北路口銀行ATM提款機，欲提領1萬元現金。陳婦操作完提領程序，準備伸手拿錢，卻只聽到吐鈔聲，不見有鈔票，隨即列出提領1萬元的明細表紀錄。
 
因適逢假日，又遍尋不到緊急服務聯絡按鈕，陳婦頓時不知所措，只好向轄區派出所求援。三重警察分局厚德派出所警員陳昌武接獲通報到場，立刻幫陳婦撥打電話至該銀行客服中心詢問，再經客服人員電腦查詢，確認該筆款項交易失敗並未扣款，陳婦才安心的離去。
