台北市政府今天表示，中央氣象局發布豪雨特報，台北市水災應變中心啟動二級開設，北市各地災情統計回報約100多件。

北市府表示，由於午後對流發展旺盛，從下午1時起就降下大雨，截至下午4時累積雨量超過120毫米，台北市政府水災應變中心即時二級開設，15個防救災單位進駐；各區應變中心也同步開設。

北市府指出，台北市水災應變中心由台北市消防局長廖茂為坐鎮指揮，除要求各防救災單位針對權管災情立即派員處理外，也要求各區應變中心若有執行能量不足時，務必即時申請支援。相關災情處理進度也將隨時回報台北市長郝龍斌。

根據氣象局觀測，今天0時至下午5時，屏東春日累積雨量達到221毫米、新北中和有191毫米、台南南化有164毫米，大台北地區下午也降下大雨造成多處積水。

消防局指出，根據統計資料顯示，台北市各地災情回報約有100多件，多屬短時間強降雨，排水不及導致道路積淹水情形，目前多已隨雨勢減緩而逐漸消退。

北市府表示，基於安全考量，台北市水利處已緊急發簡訊通知堤外停車場車主，密切注意氣象及疏散門關閉動態，以便及時將車輛駛離。

此外，由於適逢週五下班交通尖峰時段，特別呼籲用路人及駕駛人行經積淹水路段，要多加小心、注意安全。

【朱俊彥／台中報導】環保署今在中市舉辦中部環保團體座談會，多個環保團體，一早就在會場外高舉標語抗議。抨擊環保署未把關，造成中部空汙嚴重，台中市肺腺癌發生率高，同時反對環保署鬆綁環評法，開放水庫集水區工業開發，危及水庫 安全。呼籲環保署官員「撫摸良心，回頭是岸」！

台灣生態學會秘書長蔡智豪指出，根據環保署資料顯示，台中市空氣細懸浮微粒今年上半年檢測次數計60%超過WHO的日均值標準25微米(μg/m3)，市民10天就有6天是處於空汙危害的環境中。
