【蔡明樺／台北報導】吃苦橙減肥，當心心血管疾病找上門！衛福部食品藥物管理署日前公告，標榜含苦橙萃取物的食品不得宣稱有減肥功效，且因苦橙萃取物含有類似麻黃素的辛弗林素（Synephine）興奮劑，食用不當恐增心肌梗塞等心血管疾病風險，明年1月1日起製造的添加苦橙原料食品，辛弗林素濃度限量6％以下，每日食用限量20毫克，且食品包裝應加註兒童、孕婦、哺餵母乳者、老年人及具心血管疾病者不宜使用，且不得與咖啡因產品同時食用的警語。

食藥署組長蔡淑貞指，辛弗林素類似麻黃素、腎上腺素，可促進新陳代謝，抑制脂肪累積，但其興奮劑作用，也會讓血管收縮、增加心血管疾病風險，因此公告劑量上限、業者需加註警語。開業減重醫師盧佳享說，辛弗林素可抑制食慾、刺激脂肪細胞的神經興奮，加速脂肪燃燒，但效果不明顯，且劑量太高對孕婦、慢性病患等存在健康風險，臨床上已很少開立苦橙成分藥物，或推薦肥胖患者食用這類食品。

【綜合報導】中國海南一名母親因為2歲大的兒子貪玩，出門玩耍到很晚才回家，一時氣憤動手狂打兒子，兒子放聲大哭，更讓媽媽心浮氣躁，竟狂咬兒子下私處，差點就斷送兒子的終身幸福。

差點被母親咬掉「命根子」的男童，事後被送醫急救，躺在病床上，全身傷痕累累，下體還包著紗布，並插著導尿管，伯父把他抱在懷中，淚水流個不停，幸好男童手術後保住命根子。

根據當地報導指出，數年前男童父親外出工作，母親情緒開始變得很不穩定，村民都避而遠之，懷疑她有精神病或憂鬱症。

【涂建豐／高雄報導】前總統陳水扁夫人吳淑珍昨日到台中探視陳水扁，卻意外撞傷腳骨，醫師診斷為骨折，先予緊急固定，必須打石膏三個月治療。陳水扁兒子陳致中今天表示，昨天中部雨勢很大，離去時因為急著上車，不小心撞到腳，回高雄掛急診、照X光，發現是骨折，得休養三個月。

彰化市安溪東路51巷因地層滑動，導致馬路出現深達10多公分的裂痕，28戶民宅中也有房子出現龜裂，甚至傾斜現象，彰化縣政府及消防局立即進行強制撤離近120名住戶。

連日豪雨不斷，在大雨的沖刷下彰化市安溪東路51巷的民宅31日出現地基下陷情況。當地居民表示，馬路上一開始的裂縫僅2、3公分，到了晚上時不斷擴大，更有民宅的廚房陷落，相當危險。

而彰化縣政府及消防隊評估過後，認為民宅傾斜極為危險，將28戶住戶、約120人緊急撤離，現場也拉起封鎖線，以免有民眾闖入發生意外。

消防人員表示，這28間民宅已有30年歷史，可能是因房子建在山坡地順向坡，且後方是荔枝園，才會導致地基不穩下陷。
