彰化市安溪東路51巷因地層滑動，導致馬路出現深達10多公分的裂痕，28戶民宅中也有房子出現龜裂，甚至傾斜現象，彰化縣政府及消防局立即進行強制撤離近120名住戶。

連日豪雨不斷，在大雨的沖刷下彰化市安溪東路51巷的民宅31日出現地基下陷情況。當地居民表示，馬路上一開始的裂縫僅2、3公分，到了晚上時不斷擴大，更有民宅的廚房陷落，相當危險。

而彰化縣政府及消防隊評估過後，認為民宅傾斜極為危險，將28戶住戶、約120人緊急撤離，現場也拉起封鎖線，以免有民眾闖入發生意外。

消防人員表示，這28間民宅已有30年歷史，可能是因房子建在山坡地順向坡，且後方是荔枝園，才會導致地基不穩下陷。
