繼歐買尬推出「歐付寶」、智冠成立「智付寶」後，遊戲橘子（6180）昨（6） 日也宣布將透過旗下「樂點卡數位科技股份有限公司」，跨足第三方支付市場，最快本月中下旬上線。

遊戲橘子財務長及樂點卡公司營運長蘇信泓昨天表示，橘子已布局完成，將與玉山銀行等多家銀行策略合作，以樂點卡公司的遊戲點數業務為基礎，短期內就會延伸事業觸角到第三方支付及線上儲值服務。

國內開放第三方支付業務，話題火熱，在此之前，歐買尬推出「歐付寶」、智冠也成立「智付寶」，橘子昨天成為第三家搶進第三方支付業務的遊戲公司。另外，國內電子商務龍頭網路家庭，也積極搶進第三方支付市場。

橘子昨天股價小漲0.05元，終場收在24.4元。

蘇信泓說，網路支付平台需要無虞的安全機制，才能充份保障合作廠商及使用者權益。橘子推出第三方支付服務，會比照國際銀行規格，申請資安管理系統國際標準ISO2700與PCIDSS 認證，預計今年底前即可率先獲得上述雙項認證。

另外，樂點卡公司在日本已通過當地「資金決濟法」，可在日本境內提供遊戲點數及第三方支付服務，有穩固營運基礎。

樂點卡公司成立於2011年，目前已創造出單日近20萬筆有效交易、每月超過400萬筆交易總數，營運規模持續擴大。

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】台中市一名姚姓男子（45歲，妨害自由前科）疑似不爽後方大貨車陳姓駕駛（28歲）對他鳴一聲喇叭，攔下大貨車，下車拿著鐵棍，高舉鐵棍作勢要毆打陳男，且咆哮嗆：「幹你娘」、「我在開大貨車的時候，你都還不知道在哪裡？」陳男心生恐懼害怕，不敢下車，立即打110報景恐嚇。警方事後找到姚男，他拒絕製作筆錄，一派無所謂的說：「到法院再說吧！」警方今天依照恐嚇罪嫌函送。

【張博亭／台北報導】針對法務部長曾勇夫下台，台大創傷醫學部主任柯文哲今表示，這件案子很奇怪，為什麼有人能授權監聽立法院長王金平和民進黨黨團總召柯建銘？授權監聽的對象層級有多高，應該有人出面說明；他也說，這個政府像「自走砲」，已經到了不受控制的地步，隨便就能監聽別人，實在很誇張。  

柯文哲今出席台大醫院單車社舉辦的騎車活動，他笑說，自己有在騎車，所以台大醫院單車社找他來當社長，不過這個社長「只負責蓋章與宣傳造勢」。

請辭獲准的法務部長曾勇夫，上午立即前往法務部打包，曾勇夫表示：「放下後，一覺到天亮，醜陋的事他都已經忘了。」他不否認王金平院長確實有打電給他，談了很多事，也提及柯建銘的上訴案，但曾勇夫表示：「話到我耳朵為止，我沒有再轉出去，怎會是關說？」

隨後曾勇夫上樓，在部裡同仁的幫忙下進行打包，同時接受記者的專訪。

問：王金平有無為柯建銘上訴案打電話來關說？

答：大概是6月底，王院長和我談了很多事，也表達有很多委員反應，檢察官不能為了上訴而上訴，希望我能夠利用法務行政的機會多予所屬機關提醒；王院長確實有跟我提到柯建銘的上訴案，雖然我表達會予以了解，但我並沒有將王院長的談轉給他人，包括高檢署檢察長陳守煌，話只會到我這裡為止，不會再從我的嘴巴再講出去，這裡正是我自認清白的堅持。

問：馬總統因為首長特別費案，面臨獲判無罪後，檢方一再上訴的情況。

答：這部分，我沒有辦法替總統講話，王院長反應的問題，正是檢察機關長久以來面臨的問題，在被告獲判無罪後，如果法官判的有理由，檢察官也應該要有認錯的勇氣，這也是我認為檢察官不應該為了上訴而上訴，該上訴的應該理直氣壯的上訴，追訴犯罪到底，但不能為了怕機關內部或外界的講法而違背專業，不該上訴就不上訴。

問：有無被總統逼退？

答：我深知沒做過的事，為什麼要去請辭下台，我原本打電話要向總統報告與解釋，但總統直到晚上我請辭下台才回電，要講成總統在逼退，我認為這講法有點太過沈重。最後決定請辭，我認為個人的去留，並不重要，重要的是，我幹檢察官超過40年，當然知道檢察官乃至法務部長的工作分際何在，我沒關說就是沒有，決定請辭是我自己的決定。

問：圈內盛傳檢察總長黃世銘與你有心結？

答：我在檢察機關內服務這麼久，自認個人的行事風格，一切講求圓滿，不與人結怨，圈內對我的評價自認為也不會相差太遠，昨天我對媒體說，害死我的人也是好人，我沒有誤會他，只有他在誤會我，有人不把我當成好人，這正是我痛心的原因，雖然我嚴詞批評這是羅織、入我於罪，但如果從我的嘴巴，透過媒體去講，我與黃總長有那些恩怨情仇，那我就不配當一個好人，既然我做不好決定下台，決定放下後，就不用再談了。

問：人事調動與黃世銘發生磨擦？

答：黃總長多次向他強調表達他要的人事案，我起初為了機關內的和諧，會尊重黃總長方建議，但後來，幾件人事案，包括黃總長堅持要調派最高檢的檢察官詹麗麗 (因高院法官集團貪瀆案下台的前高院院長黃水通妻子)，出任台南高分檢檢察長，對於他認為前台中地檢署檢察長張斗輝較為適任，黃總長卻認為張行政歷練不足，但事實上，詹未曾擔任行政職以及檢察首長，張經歷檢察長、法務部主任秘書，到底是誰比較合適，我有我的堅持。

  【曾雪蒨／台中報導】家住嘉義縣，今年就讀小三的姐妹「小玉」、「小珍」，父親去年過世後，由擔任臨時工的越南籍媽媽撫養，去年參加世界展望會的課後輔助，今天跟陪她們視訊伴讀一年的伴讀老師在科博館相見歡，這是世界展望會與城邦文化合作視訊伴讀活動的初次接觸。

「小玉」、「小珍」和40多個來自嘉義、雲林的偏鄉孩子，第一次不是透過視訊看到伴讀老師，小姐妹與伴讀老師莊晏清三人，坐在草地上一起分享之前看的「年獸」、「小紅帽」等故事，相當溫馨感人。
