【綜合報導】肯亞首都奈洛比高檔購物商場上周六遭襲擊，至少62死，暴徒與警方對峙迄今已3天。肯亞與以色列西方部隊昨天起數度攻堅，最新外電消息指出，肯亞當局表示目前已知軍方擊斃3名恐怖份子，在購物商場逮捕逾10人，並在機場逮捕4名嫌犯，官方昨宣稱已掌控購物中心絕大部分樓面，也救出一些民眾。

自稱發動襲擊的索馬利亞「青年軍」昨晚公布15名暴徒名單，據悉青年軍行動經縝密組織，配備夜視鏡及擁大量武器，還搗毀監視器避免行跡敗露。7年來他們多次襲擊濫殺平民，擅長透過網路散播恐懼，這次持續在推持實況報導暴行，昨天還發文嘲笑肯亞政府拯救人質不力。推特雖立即關閉該帳戶，但相近名稱帳戶旋又冒出。

【侯力元／新竹報導】4名蒙面歹徒今天凌晨２時許開著偷來的贓車，到位在峨眉鄉的唐盛陶藝公司闖入行竊，在２樓的沈姓老闆娘聽到一樓有聲響，下樓查看，卻被４名歹徒用西瓜刀壓制後綑綁。
 
其後在樓上的２位男性股東見老闆娘遲遲未回，也下樓查看，同樣被歹徒綑綁起來，４名歹徒搜括陶藝公司內的現金120萬元後揚長離去，3名被綑綁的被害人則是花了１個多小時才脫困報警。

標題[很 好 雷] Cracks 裂縫

這片Cracks剛看完時 彷彿全身抽光了力氣癱軟了下來 除了裡面每個腳色人物－不管是配角還是主角都演的很有水準 裡面最吃重的三個腳色，分別Miss G、Di、Fiamma 都相當令人佩服 尤其Eva Green的情緒的變化及角色的心境 都令人入戲與著迷 而我覺得Di雖然戲中沒有Fiamma的美貌和討喜 但卻讓我覺得Di演的比Fiamma還好上一點 戲中除了提到青少年的排擠與迫害 通常青少年都不自知情況的嚴重性 往往以為"這只是在玩的而已" 也提到Miss G這種被體制化的人 在戲中間部分演到Miss G到村落間買麵包飲料 卻眼神搖擺喃喃自語的 很明顯的是壓抑著不擅與"校園外"的社會溝通而不安 跳水幫與Fiamma的互動凸顯出Miss G的心境轉換 羨慕、忌妒、愛慕、感傷，到了由愛生恨 Fiamma在Miss G的房間裡抓包她的明信片被"暗蓋"起來 她也(生氣的)當場戳破Miss G故事的謊言，跳水幫不願相信 Miss G眼妝改為越發黑色，說明了不安 (苦苦單戀著Fiamma，做出了更多的努力與包容，卻換不到任何微笑) 想要藉由與Fiamma更進一步的關係 來表現自己愛慕Fiamma的一切 (似乎有種活在自己世界的小女孩，活得太久了忘記現實，以為Fiamma是陪伴她度過餘生 的王子) 彌補自己生活在自己謊言中的缺憾 最後Miss G趁人之危要了Fiamma，Fiamma對此痛惡不已，決定揭穿Miss G的謊言時，卻被 Miss G先一步給宰了~~~ 這裡我最喜歡的就是－ Miss G來到了Fiamma倒下的地方，拿開了呼吸器，在Fiamma哀求時，露出天使般的笑容， 微微的淚水在眉毛間點綴，陽光透過樹木撒下，布滿水霧般的紅著眼睛，輕聲地說: My beautiful child, My beautiful girl......Go to sleep(輕吻Fiamma) Fiamma斷了氣，Miss G才回眸盯著Di看，水霧般的眼睛才化作眼淚滴下.... 而劇中我猜測為什麼要叫"Miss G"，而不是"Miss Gribben" 應該是Miss G想要在孩子面前掩飾自己，不讓孩子發現原來Miss Gribben從沒離開過校園 劇中最後 看到了信、早晨空無一人的村落街巷、旅館小房間以及"體制化的Miss G" 瞬間想起了"刺激1995"裡的圖書館管理員布魯克斯 片中最後只拍到了Miss G將她的"人生旅途"中的大象、鱷魚等等玩偶 與她和孩子們的合照擺在一起 默默無語是最後的影像 不必多說的讓我直接宣判Miss G旅途的起點就在此地－自殺 而信末，Di的旅途起點從船抵達港口之後才要開始... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.246.32.224

「宜蘭烏石港過去一坪才二、三萬元，現在漲到廿萬元，顯示經濟情況沒那麼不堪」，總統馬英九日前說的就是烏石港區段徵收案，它曾是只能種植茭白筍的低窪地，徵收之後，房子一棟接著一棟蓋，成為黃金地段。 圖，本報資料照

「宜蘭烏石港過去一坪才二、三萬元，現在漲到廿萬元，顯示經濟情況沒那麼不堪」，總統馬英九日前說的就是烏石港區段徵收案，它曾是只能種植茭白筍的低窪地，徵收之後，房子一棟接著一棟蓋，成為黃金地段。

為了配合東北角風景區開發，宜蘭縣府民國八十九年規畫烏石港區段徵收計畫。由於這塊地低窪，連稻子都沒辦法種，地主很期待區段徵收開發。

但是，當時議會擔心十幾億元開發費用會拖垮縣府財政，因此直到民國九十六獲內政部核准，計畫才動起來，總面積六十三餘公頃，開發經費近十五億元。

當時雪山隧道已經通車，地主看好商機，百分之九十七選擇領回抵價地。

區段徵收工程三年前完工，縣府標售七公頃的建地，因為緊鄰賞鯨重鎮的烏石漁港，一旁還有衝浪天堂的港澳沙灘、蘭陽博物館、外澳飛行傘基地，投資客搶進，建地都溢價脫標，縣庫進帳廿五億元。

「每天砂石車、怪手轟隆隆施工，好熱鬧」，在當地住了近半世紀的陳先生說，區內建案很多，天天都有工程在做，對照以往一片荒地，整個地貌都不一樣了。

「這是天時、地利、人和的結果」，縣府地政處土地開發科長鄧貴珍說，當初縣府估計開發後若能把地價拉到每坪四萬元就能打平開發經費，結果現在已漲到七萬到十八萬元，遠超過這個數字。

【黃子騰／新北報導】新北市蘆洲民權路上1處民宅的管理員，今天上午9時許發現1名劉姓男子形跡可疑報警，警方趕抵劉男坦承偷竊，警方隨即將他帶回派出所訊問。

劉男向警方表示，前天凌晨先偷走5萬多元與鑰匙，今天又偷走1台筆記型電腦，還順手帶走7顆柚子。警方詢問劉嫌為何還要偷柚子，劉嫌說：「中秋節嘛，總要應景一下。」訊後將他依竊盜罪嫌移送法辦。

【綜合報導】瑞典先前發生有男子在海灘打手槍被抓，法官最後判他無罪開釋，近來又發生在西部城市古森堡(Gothenburg)，一名男子在當地一連鎖超市中，在蔬果區對著蘋果和橘子尿尿，警方獲報趕到現場，當場將男子逮捕。

事件發生後，超市將受尿液污染的商品全數銷毀，總計損失為700克朗，約3250元台幣，根據當地媒體報導，警方逮捕男子時，男子突然盛怒反抗，警方費了好大一番功夫才將他制伏逮捕，並以破壞公物罪起訴，警方表示男子應是喝醉酒，才會在超市當眾小便。

【黃仲瑜／新北報導】三重區三和路3段的一間公寓6樓，昨天深夜10時許，發生一起燒炭自殺案件，消防隊接獲報案立即派遣轄區消防隊前往救援。
 
燒炭的吳姓男子家人因為聯絡不到他，跑到他所居住的地點去，在門外就發現冒出白色的煙，原本以為是火警發生，打電話報警，消防隊到達現場準備破門的時候，吳姓男子卻自行開門，消防隊入內檢查發現男子在屋內有燒炭的狀況，現場一度拒絕送醫，但是在警方和家屬強制要求之下，將男子強制送往新光醫院救治。

【綜合報導】日本人最近興拍攝「私人A片」，親自上陣擔綱主演，一嘗當主角的滋味。

松永隆提供拍攝私人A片服務已經三年，兩小時收費10萬日圓，約近3萬台幣，生意越來越好，顧客大多為50歲以上的普通上班族，當中有夫婦、情侶，甚至和外遇對象拍攝。他們拍攝私人A片主要是為了打破常規、尋求刺激，有不少人甚至把私人A片當成人生最後的紀念。

業者表示，在拍攝私人A片時，有部份男主角在鏡頭前顯得緊張，無法產生生理反應，但反觀女主角在拍攝開始後比平常更興奮、更大膽，表現往往嚇了男主角一 跳，令男方不安。還有不少人拍上癮，就有人已拍了7部，並準備拍滿12部後製作成專輯。
