標題[請問] 影像聲音不同步

【綜合報導】被稱為今年全球最強颱風的「天兔」，前晚在廣東汕尾市沿海登陸，為汕尾及汕頭等地帶來嚴重破壞，其間引發海水倒灌、大面積停水停電及交通大亂。颱風共造成廣東全省25人死亡、超過547萬人受災、直接經濟損失逾71億元人民幣。而受海水倒灌淹沒的汕頭，傳出動物園裡一隻兩噸重河馬順着水流翻出圍欄，游至公園外圍河流。

天兔昨天已減弱為熱帶風暴，並進入廣西境內，當地氣象局預報指出廣東、廣西和湖南等地仍須嚴防暴雨。

【綜合報導】34歲女星吳佩慈傳出有孕4個月，她坦言在巴黎秀脹奶嚴重才懷疑有孕，並認為男友紀曉波和小孩都是已過世的愛犬漢斯送給她的禮物。

吳佩慈受訪時說：「7月我在巴黎走訂製服秀前，還打電話跟他（紀曉波）說我胸部漲很大，跟之前試衣狀況差很多，他曾問我是否懷孕了，我回他『不可能啦』。結果回到台北去《蘋果日報》當金曲獎紅毯評審那晚，我才確定自己懷孕6周了。」

漢斯雖然已於本月初離世，吳佩慈卻走向人生新一頁，「目前就是專心待產，生完還得餵母乳一陣子。我會等到完全瘦身後，可以塞得下漂亮婚紗，我才要嫁。所以婚禮的事以後再說吧。」但吳佩慈強調：「未婚生子不是我會走的路，回想起來，覺得男友還有懷孕都是漢斯送我的禮物，我告訴牠就算這次來不及，以後也要來投胎當我兒子。」

我當初是應徵國外業務助理 然後進去才發現我的老闆根本不會英文 他只是想拓展國外業務 然後就放手給我發揮 一直叫我開發客戶 每天就是不停的發開發信 然後為期六個月當中 陸續有近十個國外詢價 其中不含我還要開發國內客戶 後來因為某些老闆個人問題要遷廠 從原本十五分鐘車程(騎車)到變成四十分鐘 我有暗示說距離有點遠 是否可以加薪? 老闆沒反應 關於薪資部分 當初應徵是說月薪23000（我在臺中，去年畢業,這是第二份正職）含勞健保,我忘記有沒有含全勤,她說全勤第一個月1000,第二個月2000,最高3000,因為工作量不多,原本隔週休,變週週休,她說兩個週六算是無薪假,但我做了六個月,薪水從來沒有超過兩萬,前三個月我以為試用期,就不以為意,但後來發現一開始三個月我日薪666,最近這三個月變成645,雖然我上個月有請一天半的假,但我實領只有一萬七千多,後來越想越不對,因為我變成領日薪的,而且什麼補貼都沒,重點我還要身兼搬家工人,清潔工打掃非辦公區域(老闆家住公司樓上) 我不知道該怎麼跟老闆開口,所以現在這樣該怎麼辦呢 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.82.122.205

【王立德、陳瑩欣、林巧雁╱台北報導】人民幣存款牌告利率太低，民眾頻抱怨，中央銀行看不下去了，昨邀台銀、土銀、合庫、一銀、華銀、彰銀、國泰、富邦、永豐、兆豐銀等10家銀行總經理「喝咖啡」，要求國銀反映合理收益，適度提高人民幣存款利率，未來國人到銀行存人民幣，利率可望更高。

中港台主要外幣存款利率比較

央行總裁彭淮南日前接到民眾陳情指出，國銀目前牌告人民幣各天期利率差，較國際行情低，影響民眾權益。為此，彭淮南在本月10日發信給各國銀董事長及總經理，希望銀行可適度提高外幣利率。
央行外匯局行務委員宋秋來指出，外幣存款中，美元、人民幣牌告存款利率都有偏低的情況，主因分別為美元資金氾濫及人民幣去化管道不足。
目前國銀從民眾手中吸納存款資金後，轉存給中國銀行台北分行（中行台北），最高可享有年利近4%水準，與國銀人民幣存款牌告利率約1.1~1.3%相比，國銀光轉存中行台北，即可現賺利差逾2個百分點，堪稱「賺很大」。

民眾無法享同等待遇

由於中行台北分行是央行與中國人行簽訂貨幣清算合作備忘錄（MOU）後，由中國人行遴選，做為台灣境內人民幣清算行，國銀手中的人民幣資金可透過成為中行台北的「參加行」回流至中國境內，不過民眾因無法申請成為中行台北的參加行，即使到中行台北開戶，也無法享有如國銀一般的高利存款。
對央行要求提高人民幣牌告利率，銀行公會理事長暨台銀董事長李紀珠昨說，存款利率是看市場供需，國內人民幣回流機制還沒完全出來，即便對岸利率再高，錢也無法回去，因此業界也積極尋找去化人民幣資金的管道，如果吸收存款沒有需求消化，利率就會低。

民幣去化管道仍不足

她表示，若國內人民幣資金能增加回流中國的機會，人民幣利率自然往上調。
昨日赴央行開會的行庫主管透露，除人民幣存款牌告利率太低外，央行也同時詢問市場人民幣存款一般牌告利率跟專案利率差很多的現象，確認業者是否有刻意壓低一般牌告利率，拉抬人民幣優利存款的加碼空間，以此做為吸收人民幣存款的行銷話術。
國泰世華銀行副總李偉正昨也說，該銀行人民幣利率在本國銀中屬於中間偏高，且若金額大還可議價，另有提供3個月、6月期不同天期的加碼優惠，頗有競爭力。至於外幣牌告利率會看市場變化，如其他銀行調整，會跟著調。
宋秋來指出，台灣境內的人民幣回流，可走「參加行」制，或是與其他陸銀合作的「代理行」制，轉存利率均可達3%以上，若不走參加行或代理行制，同業拆放給在香港、新加坡等地的海外分行，收益還可望更高。

【王覺一／綜合報導】金鶯陳偉殷今天先發出戰光芒，隊友戴維斯(Chris Davis)在4局上先轟出2分砲，哈迪(J.J. Jardy)再補上1分打點安打，助金鶯以3比1逆轉戰局。不過陳偉殷在4局下又被莫里納(Jose Molina)敲出1分打點二壘打。打完前4局，金鶯暫時以3比2領先。
