【蔡進男／新北報導】新北市1名40歲陳姓男子，今天凌晨到萬里龜吼漁港紅燈塔處垂釣，不慎從防波堤上滑倒，摔落約3公尺高，跌坐在消波塊間，手、腳擦傷、眼窩紅腫，其他釣客見狀趕緊報警；安檢所海巡人員及警、消趕抵，合力將陳男拉上防波堤，送基隆長庚醫院救治，所幸沒有生命危險。

海巡人員表示，該處堤面很窄，且十分潮濕，夜間行走更加危險，民眾最好不要前往釣魚。

【陳偉周／基隆報導】前副總統呂秀蓮，今天早上9時許，現身國立台灣海洋大學主持「海洋和平與永續發展國際論壇」，除高談「釣魚台主權」外，更提出台灣海島所面臨的國際問題，現場100多名專家學者出席，但因全程都使用英語演講，部分學生頻頻打瞌睡。
 
呂秀蓮表示，將在本周六（26日）正式宣布參選台北市長，且強調「參選是為了逼出民進黨王牌一起參選」；但呂秀蓮也提出政見，如果當選市長，將提出「台北都」計畫，把整個北北基整合，將基隆港打造為首都港口。

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】由中興大學、成功大學、中山大學、中正大學等四校共組的台灣綜合大學系統，今天在中興大學惠蓀林場簽署「台灣綜合大學系統交換生協議書」，未來四校學生可到結盟學校擔任交換生，體驗不同的校園文化，享有更多元的選課空間。
 
該計畫預計下學期試辦，103學年度正式實施，第一階段交換生預計各校各甄選推薦10人，明年2月交換到他校上課，每生至多申請交換一學年。
 
該簽署儀式今天在教育部高教司司長黃雯玲的見證下，由中興大學校長李德財、成功大學校長黃煌煇、中正大學副校長楊士隆、中山大學學務長洪瑞兒代表各校簽約；該交換生計畫也是四校繼跨校選課、體育績優生聯招、夏日大學課程之後，又一項教務領域緊密交流的新合作。

據美國福克斯新聞網報導，奧地利因斯布魯克醫科大學法醫學院的科學家們進行DNA研究發現，出土於阿爾卑斯山、有5300年歷史的冰凍木乃伊『冰人奧茨』至少有19個活著的男性後代，他們生活在奧地利提洛邦。

『冰人奧茨』有特殊的基因突變

據中國日報網報導，1991年9月19日，兩名德國登山遊客西蒙夫婦來到阿爾卑斯山探險，在一個深谷中，他們發現了一具赤裸、扭曲、臉朝下躺在冰雪中的屍體。科學家研究後發現，這是一具有5300年歷史的男性屍體，阿爾卑斯山的冰雪令他成為了木乃伊。根據被發現的地點，人們將他命名為『冰人奧茨』。2012年，科學家們公布了『冰人奧茨』的全部基因組。

奧地利因斯布魯克醫科大學法醫學院的科學家們進行了DNA研究，試圖尋找現在居住在奧地利提洛邦的居民們的祖先。科學家們從當地的3700名捐血者身上提取DNA樣本進行分析，在研究過程中科學家們發現，其中19位捐血者跟具有5300年歷史的冰凍木乃伊『冰人奧茨』都有一種特殊的基因突變。

19名男子和他有共同祖先

展開研究的因斯布魯克醫科大學法醫學院科學家瓦爾特·帕爾森在接受採訪時表示：『研究顯示，提洛邦的這19名男性捐血者跟冰人奧茨有著共同的祖先。』科學家們主要研究了那些一般不會因遺傳而受到改變的人類DNA。『這些總體上來說不會因遺傳而改變的DNA，在男性身上體現為Y染色體，在女性身上體現為線粒體。基因突變會對這些DNA帶來改變，並且會遺傳給後代。』帕爾森解釋道。

有同樣的基因突變的人被劃分為同一種單倍群，不同的單倍群通常跟特定人群和地域聯繫在一起。『冰人奧茨』的單倍群在歐洲十分罕見，帕爾森表示：『「冰人奧茨」身上攜帶了單倍群G，其分類別為G-L91。在我們的研究過程中，我們發現了有19個人攜帶同樣的單倍群。』在進行了Y染色體單倍群分析後，帕爾森追蹤到了『冰人奧茨』的19個男性後代。迄今為止，這19個人還未被告知他們跟『冰人奧茨』是『親戚關係』。

可能死於腦外傷

自1991年在阿爾卑斯山的奧茨谷被發現後，科學家們針對『冰人奧茨』進行了各種各樣的研究。科學家們發現，『冰人奧茨』有著棕色的眼珠，牙齒非常不好，有乳糖不耐症。此外，『冰人奧茨』肯定是死於非命。2007年，CT掃描顯示，一支箭頭令『冰人奧茨』左鎖骨下動脈破裂，造成大量失血。對『冰人奧茨』的最新腦部掃描和研究顯示，他極有可能死於腦外傷，他在死前腦部遭受過重擊。隨著研究的深入，科學家們可能會發現更多活著的『冰人奧茨』的後代。帕爾森表示，『冰人奧茨』所擁有的基因突變可能在提洛邦附近的瑞士恩嘎丁地區也能被發現。
