【施昂強／台北報導】台北市1名33歲沈姓女子，今天上午10時許突然自1處5樓公寓墜樓。民眾發現趕緊報警，救護人員趕抵現場將已無生命跡象的女子送醫，但經急救後仍回天乏術。
 
警方調查，墜樓的沈姓女子住在公寓頂樓的出租套房，房內並未發現任何打鬥痕跡，也沒有留下遺書，警方將聯繫家屬以釐清女子墜樓原因。

標題[問題] 車停在死巷被撞算是對方的責任嗎?

今天有事從新竹到台北去出差 而把車停在台北客戶的店門口 而客戶的店是在死巷裡的最後一間店 結果我開的車子被隔壁的人倒車時撞到導致鈑金凹陷 當下有報警也去警察作筆錄 由於我開的是公司車，而且車子是靜止的 想問一下我這樣算是要付部分責任嗎? 還是保險公司會要求對方全賠? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.201.198.37

【胡治言／綜合報導】新北市侯小姐購買一箱「蘋果西打」飲料，取出時竟發現其中一瓶未過期也沒開封的飲料內有白色異物。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，今年中侯小姐和家人一同到中部寺廟拜拜，在雜貨店購買一箱寶特瓶裝蘋菓西打，但10月中取出剩餘的幾瓶時發現，其中一瓶未開封且未過期的飲料內有白色漂浮物，讓她嚇一跳。對此，製造廠商大西洋飲料公司研判是空氣侵入才造成質變。衛生局指出，此情形恐違反《食品衛生管理法》，若未改善，最高可處300萬元罰鍰。

【李英婷／台北報導】立法院文化藝廊即日起展覽多位身障藝術作品，打破以往只開放給單一創作者舉辦個展的慣例，提供場地給台灣身心障礙藝術發展協會展出。國民黨立委楊玉欣、民進黨立委林佳龍今連袂舉行記者會，多位朝野立委也拋開政治立場，齊聲支持身障者藝術創作與發展。林佳龍更是現場拋磚引玉，先行認購一幅作品。

台灣身心障礙藝術發展協會理事長陳翠華致詞表示，身障者透過藝術作品可搭起與社會大眾對話的橋樑，同時也創造其經濟自立的契機；社會也應隨之改變觀念，身障者不是社會負擔，而將是社會寶藏，更將是台灣之光。陳翠華指出，該協會7位藝術家在明年3月獲邀參與日本「Art Brut Art原生藝術大展」，台灣是除日本之外唯一受邀的國家。

標題[心得] 華擎的保固讓我驚訝了

前陣子LAB電腦的主機板(B75M)有一條記憶體插槽掛點 只要有插記憶體就不開機 於上上周日送至新竹NOVA的欣亞報修 上週三接到通知可取件 換了一張主機板給我 因為盒子是拿B85的盒子上面還寫一堆字 推測是良品 不過板子本身挺乾淨的 目前裝上去使用正常 之前看板上對華擎保固的印象大多是堅持修到好啦 送修沒一兩個月不會有下落啦 我室友根據華碩經驗說應該換個良品很快 我還和他說華擎好像不是這樣 沒想到這次三天就肯幫我換良品 開心XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.113.251.9

【簡嘉宏／綜合外電報導】一本即將在5日發表的新書《下猛藥：選情告急的2012》（Double Down: Game Change 2012，暫譯）中，揭露了美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）於2012年競選連任白宮主人時，在與身邊幕僚談及無人機（drone）任務時，竟脫口而出：「我擅長殺人」（I'm really good at killing people）之語，諷刺的是，歐巴馬還是2009年諾貝爾和平獎的得主。
 
根據《華盛頓郵報》的書評專欄，這本由哈柏林（Mark Halperin）與黑勒曼（John Heilemann）合著新書的出版時機，恰為歐巴馬授權無人機突擊葉門與巴基斯坦而飽受批評之時。據統計，歐巴馬任內已授權326次的無人機轟炸任務，而自2004年以來，美國中情局的無人機突擊行動造成2500人至3600人死亡，其中包括950名無辜平民。
 
白宮尚未對此評論，但歐巴馬的總統顧問費佛（Dan Pfeiffer）則對美國廣播公司（ABC）表示，他還未對歐巴馬提到這本書，也沒有人讀過書中內容，但「他很討厭這種消息的走漏」（he hates leaks）。

【李俊淇／新北報導】新北市1名42歲黃姓男子，平日遊手好閒，缺錢買毒時，便騎車上街尋找犯案對象，專挑貨車司機裝貨裝卸貨物時竊取車內財物，卻忘了貨車上裝有行車記錄器，將他犯罪證據全都拍下，警方今天中午持拘票逮人，當場查獲1、2級毒品及滿屋的贓物，目前已查獲7起竊案，將持續擴大偵辦。

警方表示，黃嫌大都利用貨車司機上下貨時，未鎖門而趁機侵入車內竊取財物，另也呼籲駕駛司機不要貪圖方便，將貴重物品放置於未鎖的車內，成為嫌犯下手的目標。警方訊後將依毒品、竊盜將黃嫌移送法辦。

標題[心得] 行車紀錄器如何選購

1.你出車禍的地方，十個有九個半沒監視器 另外半個，被吃下來，或者沒拍到事故現場 所以請買行車紀錄器，刺激消費。 2.上法院，什麼照片，沒人想看的，看圖說故事?! 別鬧了 有行車紀錄器，法官，鑑定官，就直接看了。 有行車紀錄器也不怕被搓掉 (雖然還是可能搓個三成。) 3.行車紀錄器該如何選購 3a.買畫質超棒?! 錯 適中就好，反正最需要紀錄現場的事故，人都倒在那了。 又不是在拍電影 3b.晚上要看得到地上的線，要能分辨紅綠燈，還要有點曝光 有些專打畫質，晚上黑得一蹋糊塗，是在拍鬼片? 有點曝光可以拍到周圍環境，這才是重要的 譬如雨中夜晚 3c.前檔安裝位子，正中間 如果你歪斜，人家會以為你吃對向 改天被逆向種，就GG了 機車道同理。 3d.後檔裝行車紀錄器，會因為隔熱紙反光，所以枕頭後面要鋪黑色的，我是鋪止滑墊 可以的話鏡頭盡量貼玻璃 後檔的行車紀錄器，要能抑制後面大燈炫光。 有無抑制眩光功能拍起來差很多~! 只是後來我買一個夜視倒車鏡頭給gv6330吃，安裝在後保桿 畫質一整個GG 目前來說，能看的只有sony ccd，不過幾乎沒抑制眩光，而且也沒紅外線夜視功能 我建議不要有紅外線抑制功能(目前來說)，找超低照度就好 4.最重要的 買目擊者吧，我是用2代，只可以錄四鏡頭 倒車第五鏡頭無法錄影，不過倒車看死角很方便。 有兩個分別裝在左右葉子板，照後車""行駛狀況""，和有無越線。 前面兩個的部分，廣角錄中間，近焦我就拍右邊路口。 不過目擊者3可以錄製8鏡頭，所以可以不用像我這樣裝了。 因為事故現場，10個有9個是在死角發生的 你看不到，行車紀錄器也錄不到 法官都要看現場碰撞點前後，最能直接判斷雙方肇責。 你買一個前檔，買了等於白買。 買一個後檔，旁邊拍不到也是...不過好多了，可以拍到後機車行車狀況。 還有轉彎的時候，其實行車紀錄器很難判斷你有無越線 這也可以成為日後的依據之一 總之，很多時候車禍發生都是在死角，莫名其妙被撞 你自己根本就不知道發生什麼事情，前後行車紀錄器拍不到，周圍也無監視器 這才是行車紀錄器最大的功用。 5.目擊者機種，非常的穩定，一年多還沒當過機。 6.萬一出事故了，緊張之餘常會說錯話，這就是警察愛當下做筆錄的原因 你可以說頭腦很混亂，一片空白，想靜一下再說 之前警察有跟我說行車紀錄器不一定要交出來，看自己 所以建議是不要當下做筆錄，回去自己看一遍重播吧~! 7.行車安全人人有責，不搶快，不搶拍。 過來人心得，歡迎大家多補充寶貴經驗。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.239.70.22
