【李明憲／台中報導】凌晨2時許，台中市潭子區中山路一間鐵皮搭蓋的中古車量販店，店內突然竄出火苗，由於店內擺滿要販售的車輛，火勢一發不可收拾，整間鐵皮屋很快濃煙密佈，火舌冒出。鄰居被煙味嗆醒後，趕緊報案，台中市消防局獲報立即動員附近的分隊前往灌救，火勢在15分鐘內獲得控制，幸好當時車行老闆和員工並不在店內，現場無人傷亡，但店內停放的6輛等待販售的轎車全被大火付之一炬，損失超過百萬元，起火原因正由警方調查中。

而火警發生當時，附近一間工廠鍾姓老闆眼見火勢猛烈，一度十分擔心自己的店遭波及，見到消防人員搶救迅速，沒有讓火勢擴大延燒，及時撲滅大火，當下打算拿出身上所有的千元大鈔犒賞消防人員，被消防人員婉拒，鍾先生說：「火好大好猛，消防人員救火真勇敢，讚啦！」

【吳國仲／台北報導】蕭敬騰潑糞案上演至今，警方已於前天逮捕騎車以及監督的2名嫌犯，昨深夜另名嫌犯在女友以及家人的勸說下主動投案說明。涉嫌找人的28歲張哲誌以及潑糞的22歲蕭毓仁，昨深夜抵達北市刑大後，隨即被帶回南港分局，經過4小時的偵訊後步出警局不發一語，搭上計程車後離去。

蕭嫌向警方供稱，案發前他到新莊區四維公園撿鴿子糞，再混以醬油、蜜豆奶等調好「屎彈」攻擊蕭敬騰，會潑糞是為了要挺張男；而涉嫌找人潑糞的張男則說，就是不爽蕭敬騰，警方對2人供詞持保留態度，訊後將2人依恐嚇、公然侮辱及傷害罪嫌函送法辦，至於是否有其他幕後藏鏡人，警方將再釐清。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】幾個月前盛傳將以47億美元(約台幣1440億元)出售的手機大廠「黑莓」(Black Berry)，昨晚(4日)出現戲劇性轉折，原本宣稱將收購黑莓公司的加拿大楓信金融(Fair Fax Financial)，將改以其他方式，向黑莓公司投資10億美元(約台幣300億元)。

黑莓公司的執行長海恩斯(Thorsten Heins)同時也將遭到撤換，新任執行長將由賽貝斯公司(Sybase)香港籍的程守宗(John Chen)接任。

【曾伯愷／新北報導】新北市蘆洲區中正路1家工廠，今天下午2時許突然飄出大量黑煙，嚇得廠內員工趕緊打電話報警，警消獲報出動大批人車趕抵現場搶救，所幸火勢已由員工自行撲滅，並未釀災虛驚一場，至於確切起火原因，警消尚在釐清當中。

標題[請問] 雷擊後電腦無法連線

代PO 電腦經過一次雷擊後 除了插著的電視盒壞掉了之外 網路好像也出問題 就是插著顯示已連線 但是封包只有傳送沒有接收 也剛好有另一片網路卡插上去用 也是一樣狀況顯示連線 封包只有傳送沒有接收 最後也試過重灌 裝置管理員裡面的網路卡都正常運作沒有顯示錯誤 測試過線路沒問題(拿其他筆電來接可以用) 請問這樣的話是哪裡出問題呢？ 可以怎麼排除呢？ 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.136.159.86

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】英國格拉斯哥(Glasgow)日前舉辦大型活動，最高潮就是在晚間施放高空煙火。當天天氣狀況良好，群眾紛紛在廣場上抬著頭欣賞璀璨煙火照亮的夜空，正當煙火秀進行到尾聲，突然現場觀眾驚呼連連，原來閃亮亮的煙火在空中畫出了一根巨大的陽具！

從現場拍下的影片可以清楚看到，陽具的構圖十分完整，連兩顆睪丸的位置都相當對稱，前端還準確射出了火花。但有網友質疑影片經過後製而成，因為要精準控制煙火在空中的飛行與炸開時間，極不容易。

頂新味全油品出包疑點多，外界質疑頂新屏東廠早在10月27日就「主動」向衛生局通報該廠購買大統問題油，且衛福部10月29日已知情，但遲遲未公布，直到日前高振利向檢調坦承賣油給頂新，昨天才宣布21項味全油品下架，中間隔了長達八天。讓外界認為，衛福部似乎隱匿大廠違法事實，只敢打蒼蠅，不敢打老虎。

衛生福利部次長許銘能上午則在立法院表示，頂新彰化廠簽了簽切書，卻獨漏屏東廠遲遲沒簽切結，明明是心中有鬼，擔心涉及詐欺、偽造文書，所以才不敢簽署。

油品大廠連續出包，政府高層上周就明確得知頂新等大廠油品有問題，但衛福部第一時間卻未公布。算一算從頂新10月27日通報，29日衛福部透過視訊會議得知，直到昨天油品下架，中間隔了八天之久。

對於外界責難衛福部隱匿，食藥署副署長吳秀英認為，衛福部不可能為了保護大廠聲譽刻意隱瞞，目前正清查頂新向大統買了多少油、分裝多少、賣了多少、還有多少庫存數量。第一時間未公布頂新，主要是還在調查中。

針對頂新(味全)油品混油下架爭議，至今疑點仍多，但屏東縣衛生局人員上午表示，「頂新實在沒有外界說的那麼壞！」頂新27日主動告知衛生局，有向大統進口原裝橄欖油，但無法查證油品是原裝油還是大統混油。

屏東衛生局今天上午也會同檢調再度前往頂新屏東廠，了解頂新油品的原料與製程。屏東衛生局食品科科長李家芳表示，頂新屏東廠主動表明有大統油，而且還是原裝進口。但衛生局人員稽查時，難以從桶子外觀判定，大統出貨給頂新的是調合油還是原裝進口油，只好先查封，再請彰化衛生局協助詢問大統總公司。

李家芳說，一開始大統品管人員表示「不知道這些桶子賣給誰」，後來彰化衛生局問大統董事長高振利，高振利卻說「沒這件事」，還否認賣油給頂新。但屏東縣衛生局還是在10月29日的衛福部全國視訊會議上，將過程通報衛福部。

李家芳說，頂新告訴衛生局買的是進口油，上周也主動提出自行送驗的檢驗報告，證明自己的油品檢驗全數合格，但屏東衛生局不相信頂新自行送驗結果。
