民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘自請移送紀律委員會，明天將開會討論相關事宜。外界批評，紀律委員會處理龜速，質疑對柯建銘案是否輕輕放下。本月輪值的民進黨籍召委陳明文，明天將邀集紀律委員會委員討論相關事宜，以及確認後續程序如何進行。民進黨磨刀霍霍，要藉柯建銘案，把關說案一干人等全都拉進立法院，前總統府副秘書長羅智強可能也在列。

國民黨對此僅表示，紀律委員會是國會自律，不可能無限上綱，對於攻防的後續因應，國民黨不多表示意見。

陳明文辦公室指出，明天將就程序問題、邀請那些相關人士到場，預計最快下周五才會由自請處分的當事人柯建銘出席說明。至於「相關人士」要找誰，辦公室說法保留，僅表示不預設立場，明天詳細討論後就能確認名單，進行後續排程。

民進黨立委邱志偉擔任紀委會10月份召委，他表示，過去從來沒有處理過自請處分，因此在他輪值期間僅確立進行方式，即全程比照委員會錄音、錄影、同步上網。

邱志偉指出，過去曾經討論過的「相關人士」人選包含檢察總長黃世銘、前法務部長曾勇夫、高檢署檢察長陳守煌和檢察官林秀濤等人。但名單是否包括總統府人士？邱志偉說，討論範圍很廣，列舉人選相當多，如前總統府副秘書長羅智強也曾提及，但還是要等明天進行討論才會確定名單。

民進黨立委陳明文、薛凌分別為紀委會11月、12月之輪值召委 ，明年1月則輪到國民黨立委呂學樟。邱志偉坦言，有時間上的壓力，不排除建議密集開會。國民黨中央政策會執行長林鴻池表示，紀律委員會是體現國會自律的精神，第一波應該是先針對立法院同仁的內部調查，對於民進黨方面拋出，打算邀請前總統府副秘書長羅智強，林鴻池表示，這不能無限上綱。

宏達電(2498-TW)將在明天舉行法說會，這也是宏達電董事長王雪紅重掌兵符後首度召開法說會，備受矚目 ，王雪紅上周首度作東邀請外資圈聚餐，另外，香港壹傳媒老闆黎智英大手筆買股，激勵宏達電股價今(4)日開高走高，收盤上漲7元，收在151元，漲幅超過4%，成交逾2.5萬張。對於黎智英入股以及王雪紅邀外資喝咖啡，宏達電表示：「謝謝大家的關心與支持，宏達電會繼續努力」，不願進一步評論。

就在法說會召開前夕，王雪紅邀請外資圈聚餐，了解外資對宏達電的評論，出席的人員包括執行長周永明、財務長張嘉臨、設計長陳文俊等「4巨頭」，與會的外資包括摩根士丹利證券呂智穎、瑞信證券陳柏齡、瑞銀證券謝宗文、港商里昂證券鄭兆剛、美商高盛證券嚴柏宇等人。外資表示，宏達電今年第4季至明年第1季營運依舊充滿挑戰。

此外，華爾街日報報導，香港壹傳媒老闆黎智英過去2個月，花費20多億元買下宏達電近2%股權，估計約持有1700萬股，這突顯宏達電可能面對更多股東的壓力，而黎智英的發言人表示，宏達電股價被低估，未來有成長的機會。

宏達電的智慧型手機在2011年時曾稱霸美國市場，今年第3季出現虧損，每股虧損3.58元，震驚各界，宏達電本季雖有處分Beats獲利30億元，但和鋼鐵人小勞勃道尼簽約2年代言費3.6億元，將從第3季開始認列，因此，外資認為宏達電第4季要損益兩平，仍充滿不確定性。

標題[問片] 幾年前的片子(好像是英國片)

大約6~9年前的片子 電影開頭錯過了一小段 有記憶的劇情也是很片段 只記得這部片當時好像還算有點名氣 劇情大概就是有個部族國王想跟敵人講和 但族裡巫師不認同 於是巫師便找國王最得力的手下希望他解決國王帶領族人 但是這個手下不願意並離開了部落 最後就是巫師自己把國王給毒死 國王死後妻子接任女王 帶領大家打仗(也有把之前出走的那個部下再找了回來) 有幾個印象比較深的片段 國王跟妻子的兩個女兒被敵對士兵給侵犯 之後巫師在河邊幫兩個女兒做了個儀式 伸手幫兩人抓了幾下 抓完之後巫師手上都是些類似芝麻或種子的東西 然後巫師就說現在他要把敵人的種子清除 便把手上的東西全部扔到河裡 這些種子掉到河面時還有點類似小爆炸發了一秒像仙女棒那樣的光 另一個片段是在電影後段 女王帶大家打仗 所有人都知道打不贏但還是全力奮戰最後都戰死 然後女王的二女兒本來也好像死了 但是聽到了巫師的呼喚 便站起身來 蹣跚的往遠方的巫師那走 巫師跟她說了一些"你要守護你們的子孫"之類的 然後二女兒就消失不見了(印象中是消失不見了 但不是很確定) 接下來畫面就轉到現代 二女兒帶著幾個小朋友在某座現代歐洲城市的路上嬉戲 本來印象中片名好像有"大英"、"不列顛"或是"女王"之類的 但是估狗了很久卻都一直找不到~"~ 希望有版友幫忙 謝謝~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.88.208

【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】彰化縣衛生局今天再前往大統稽查，共查獲10桶紅色鐵桶（總重200公斤、內有192公升油）裝有黑心橄欖油或葡萄籽油，彰化縣衛生局長葉彥伯說，黑心原料油目前僅查到出貨給頂新屏東廠與福懋兩家，其中頂新最早進貨，自2007年2月就開始進貨，福懋是2007年6月。

葉彥伯說，大統長基公司有原料油與包裝油兩種，一年來的出貨量就超過2千筆，原料油出貨到福懋與頂新兩家，且兩家似乎「吃好逗相報」，過去一年來向大統頻繁進貨，但數量太龐大尚無法估算，因現場有6桶藍鐵桶裝為沒問題的進口原油未封存，紅鐵桶內裝的是混合其他油品與銅葉綠素的橄欖油或葡萄籽油等黑心油。

葉彥伯說，大統出貨資料相當凌亂，有的有項目卻沒價錢，有的有價錢卻沒數量，須由下游進貨資料查起，另比對發現，大統董事長高振利原供稱有945家下游，包括經銷商、餐廳、賣場等購買大統的包裝油，但比對資料卻發現，有另外約400家下游廠商，因之前規避調查已重罰300萬元併入18.5億元，不另再罰。

【陳方瑩／南投報導】南投縣埔里鎮麒麟里投71線往武界部落方向，今天出現一隻約30公分的大烏龜，在馬路上曬太陽、條斯理逛大街，附近民眾聽到緊急煞車聲出來查看，怕牠被撞到，趕緊捧起來放到路邊，烏龜逕自爬行一小段後，自行滾落排水溝裡，民眾說，這樣牠有食物可以吃，也不怕危險了。
