| 【圖輯】浙江塑料廠大火 黑煙竄百公尺高

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】中國浙江省海鹽縣一間塑料廠16日下午1時左右發生大火，火勢迅速蔓延整個廠區，現場濃煙猛竄向天際達100多公尺，飄向4、5公里遠外的農田，形成一個巨大的煙霧區。附近居民形容當時濃煙完全遮蔽太陽，情況恐怖，目前暫未有傷亡報告。

【劉志原╱台北報導】針對我國旅客在馬來西亞遇害案，法務部次長陳明堂表示，已請犯罪被害人保護協會主動與被害人家屬聯絡，提供必要協助，陳明堂說，依新修正的《犯罪被害人保護法》規定，我國國民在台灣地區設有戶籍者，若合法出境後在海外遇害，未獲損害賠償或未獲案發地犯罪補償金者，其遺族可以申請扶助金共20萬元。

最近看到一系列的漫畫,一整個很紅話題的那部, 大家好像都知道就不提名稱了,看了之後有個問題 請假若有一群人,似乎故意培養一些立場敵對的人 並放在另一個體系中被鬥爭,然而當事人從頭到尾不知情 並且直接被引導要看某種意識上的內容 直到有一天這群人突然醒了,開始進行從頭至尾的調查,發現他們從頭到尾 卻是他們試圖洗腦成不喜歡的另一立場的地方,從小到大都是 一路從讀書,當兵,教育,做事的地方都是 完全就是一整個套系從小到大,而且有另一群人在觀看著 簡單來說根本可以說是"完完全全"另一邊的教育體系下長大的 換句話說照理說這種培養應該是另一邊的人 但意識形態卻是被洗在敵對卻近乎偏近完全中立的意識 請問這群人到底有何目的呢??? 聰明的各位是否能夠分析一下這個目的呢?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.192.46 ※ 編輯: remarkable01 來自: 1.162.192.46 (11/16 17:53)

因為我媽有疑似強迫症的重度潔癖(沒有去看過心理醫生所以說疑似) 她只要看到有不屬於東西本身的紅色or咖啡色就會認定那是血 她處理這些東西的SOP是這樣的: 覺得是血=>怕有病毒會被安裝ADSL=>很害怕=>把東西丟掉 =>拿酒精消毒所有剛才接觸過的地方=>全身衣服換掉&洗澡 我前幾天在路邊攤買了一條圍巾 當下忘記要檢查 回家隔了很久要拿出來戴才發現上面有三點疑似是血跡的東西... 本來想應該是別的客人試戴弄髒的 洗乾淨不要被我媽看到就好 奇怪的是洗不掉 所以我判定理論上不會是血 但真的有夠像orz 突然想知道一般人碰到這種狀況會怎麼處理? | 李登輝：區域發展不平衡可思考遷都

【林修卉╱台北報導】李登輝基金會今舉行第三場「健全地方發展與治理」研討會，前總統李登輝在閉幕致詞指出，北部做為首都的所在地，使得北部都會地區長期吸引所有的資源，造成區域發展不平衡，為了讓台灣國土規劃正常化，可以認真思考遷都問題，而台北已是經濟商業中心，透過政治中心的轉移，化解北部地區人口過多與房價過高的壓力，同時讓其他區域的發展更加平衡。
李登輝建議，面對中央與地方權限的分配爭議等問題，應由行政院設立一個「獨立委員會」，針對如何推動地方分權，規劃完整計畫，配合現狀的需求與條件，分期落實，才會有效化解中央與地方的權限爭議。
李登輝還說，國家經濟的困境和領導者的能力、兩岸關係、以及全球治理的風險有關，領導者若無能，國家發展當然就會受影響，所以選擇國家領導者與地方的主政者是非常重要的事情。

【楊適吾／高雄報導】台大柯文哲醫師今天下午到駁二藝術特區參觀時，被眼尖的民眾認出，還對他大喊「市長好」，但柯笑而不答。對前副總統呂秀蓮批評，柯說，人家有批評的話，就聽，可以改的就改。他還表示，現在有照步驟在進行，現在已經開始進入「市政」。《蘋果》追問柯文哲，是否有要宣布參選台北市長，柯回答說，不用宣布了，他認為，台灣整個社會的活動不應該只剩下政治，政治只剩下選舉， 選舉只剩下四年當中只有一天，這樣不太對。但對於問題的回答，柯文哲還是沒有正面回應。
