【於慶中／綜合外電報導】為了買到iPhone 5s「土豪金」，中國福建福州18歲何姓女大學生日前選擇上網找援交，自稱「缺金、缺金買手機」。在網路聊天室內，她與胡姓男子聊得投緣，雙方講好採用「3天漸進式」條件，胡男願意給何女一支iPhone 5s。

所謂的「3天漸進式」，條件如下：第1天，兩人開始約會，培養感情；第2天，兩人可以親熱，但不發生關係；第3天，雙方發生關係後，男方就贈送一支iPhone 5s給女方。

聖誕節當天中午，雙方依約在一家賓館見面。見面後，兩人感情「迅速升溫」，但當胡男想進一步發生關係時，何女卻不同意。何女提出下午先去買手機，但胡男不願意，認為如果現在就去買手機，何女會拿走手機就不理他。何女則認為剛才「親熱」的行為自己已經吃虧，如果胡男不買手機就是詐騙，雙方互不信任出現糾紛，兩人都拿出手機報警，分別指對方「侮辱」和「詐欺」。

警方接到報案後，將2人帶回派出所進行偵訊，認定二人行為已構成「賣淫嫖娼」，雙方都將面臨行政處罰的後果。

田中將大花落誰家，台灣時間1月25日清晨5點以前揭曉，美國媒體形容這是一場牽涉30支隊伍的戰爭，到底哪些隊伍贏面最大？各家媒體都有不同名單。

今年通過的入札新制規定上限2000萬美元，等於各隊只要付出2000萬美元的「入場費」，就能與田中洽談，沒談成也能收回入札金，對各隊並無損失，形容為「30隊的戰爭」並不誇張，點名無意參戰的球隊還比較快。

【張翠蘭／綜合外電報導】印尼度假勝地峇里島的奢華海濱飯店附近，近日出現一條長4.5公尺的巨蟒，活活纏死1名警衛。當地警方今天警告遊客提高警戒，因為巨蟒依舊「消遙法外」。

峇里島凱悅飯店位於受歡迎的賽努區（Sanur），現因進行整修而關閉。今天凌晨3時左右，59歲的警衛穆約（Ambar Arianto Mulyo）在飯店附近看見這條巨蟒，並成功制伏牠。穆約用右手抓住蟒蛇的頭，左手抓住尾巴，但蟒蛇氣力驚人，緊緊纏住穆約的脖子，使他窒息而死。穆約的友人當時就在旁邊，但不敢出手營救。

賽努區警方犯罪調查小組主任尤帝斯泰拉警告，警方獲報後搜索了飯店和附近大片地帶，都未發現蟒蛇蹤跡，呼籲居民和遊客保持警覺，蟒蛇可能溜到飯店對面的樹叢內。
