國泰世華銀將在中國與寮國設子行

【林巧雁／台北報導】國泰世華銀行董事會今天通過申設大陸地區子銀行，並申設寮國永珍分行，除了大中華地區外，也將積極布局東南亞。
 
國泰世華銀行上海分行自2010年開業以來，各項業務及獲利表現均十分優異，11月獲金管會核准將目前營運資金增加至20億人民幣。希望藉重上海金融中心地位及影響力，申設子行擴大服務。
 
國泰世華銀行在東南亞地區著墨甚深，目前已在越南、柬埔寨設有子行。新加坡、馬來西亞設有分行；泰國、菲律賓設有辦事處；至於緬甸、印尼則正在增設辦事處。
