為買iPhone援交　親熱後覺虧本雙方互告

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】為了買到iPhone 5s「土豪金」，中國福建福州18歲何姓女大學生日前選擇上網找援交，自稱「缺金、缺金買手機」。在網路聊天室內，她與胡姓男子聊得投緣，雙方講好採用「3天漸進式」條件，胡男願意給何女一支iPhone 5s。

所謂的「3天漸進式」，條件如下：第1天，兩人開始約會，培養感情；第2天，兩人可以親熱，但不發生關係；第3天，雙方發生關係後，男方就贈送一支iPhone 5s給女方。

聖誕節當天中午，雙方依約在一家賓館見面。見面後，兩人感情「迅速升溫」，但當胡男想進一步發生關係時，何女卻不同意。何女提出下午先去買手機，但胡男不願意，認為如果現在就去買手機，何女會拿走手機就不理他。何女則認為剛才「親熱」的行為自己已經吃虧，如果胡男不買手機就是詐騙，雙方互不信任出現糾紛，兩人都拿出手機報警，分別指對方「侮辱」和「詐欺」。

警方接到報案後，將2人帶回派出所進行偵訊，認定二人行為已構成「賣淫嫖娼」，雙方都將面臨行政處罰的後果。
