日本知名作曲家佐村河內守昨天坦承找槍手代為作曲，連代表作《第1號交響曲．廣島》都由他人捉刀，今天幕後作曲人新垣隆出面道歉：「我是佐村河內的共犯，非常抱歉。」但他也爆出驚人內幕，他說對外宣稱失聰的佐村河內守並非全聾，兩人私下交談時，佐村河內守還能跟他正常對話，對此說法，佐村河內守未公開回應。
新垣隆是桐朋學園大學兼職講師，他今天在東京召開記者會表示，「不想繼續欺騙世人」，他說，起初他以為是要當佐村河內守的助理，後來發現佐村河內守根本不會寫樂譜，但隨著對方知名度與日俱增，他感到很不安。新垣隆解釋，隱瞞十八年才在此時公開真相，是因為知道日本花式滑冰選手高橋大輔，將在索契冬季奧運會選用他作的樂曲參賽，於是公開真相。他還踢爆佐村河內守其實並非全聾，「從初次見面起，從沒感覺他雙耳失聰。」
佐村河內守因為失去聽力仍持續作出名曲，成為勵志象徵，還被譽為「數位時代的貝多芬」，CD大賣18萬張，創下古典音樂CD罕見的佳績。日本共同社報導指，新垣隆18年間作了20多首樂曲，拿了約700萬日元（約208萬元台幣）酬勞。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）

新戶役政資訊系統全面更新上線，卻因系統軟體介面出問題，造成大塞車，引發不少民怨。內政部長李鴻源6日下令追究廠商及官員責任，並要求務必於下周一 (10日)前恢復正常運作。

內政部次長蕭家淇與內政部戶政司長謝愛齡均2度向民眾道歉。

謝愛齡說，戶政司於民國96年就開始規劃戶役政資訊系統全面更新計畫，至今已努力7年，沒想到在做好10多次的壓力測試、24次的系統測試，廠商資拓宏宇也是全國最大廠商，沒想到在上線的這一刻，仍然出現中介軟體的問題。謝愛齡在記者會上眼眶泛著淚水強調，下周一前找出解決方案。

謝愛齡表示，內政部目前已知受影響民眾，是透過1996專線反映給內政部的，共有127件，其他未透過1996的民眾可能也不少，主要都是申請遷出、遷入或結離婚的案件，而且有問題都在跨縣市。

謝愛齡說，目前預估，1天平均申請流量約1萬多件，基於服務民眾，內政部所有申請案都會受理，但將統一於下周一核發。

國人普遍對科技新貴充滿嚮往，碩士畢業的王國信、詹芝雯夫妻卻放棄竹科高薪，回到三義賣麻糬。
 
王國信當年為達成父母期望選讀「工程師養成班」，一路從技術學院、科大，攻讀到研究所，但進入職場後發現工程師生活沒品質，「天天對著電腦，三餐配奇摩新聞」，決定為人生冒一次險。
 
3年前，他們夫妻和任職旅行社的表妹羅婉蒨商量，接下詹芝雯舅舅的「桐花戀人」麻糬店。在原有麻糬、果凍外，另推麻糬冰淇淋和桔醬、苦茶油等特色商品，並與西湖渡假村合作，供應麻糬當宴會點心。
 
王國信說，剛開始家人不認同，親友也持懷疑態度，但3人努力拓出銷路，去年營業額已達500萬元，薪資不輸工程師，還各自買了房子，在生活與賺錢之間取得平衡點。(郭美懿／台北報導)
