缺水議題豈容漠視？　何博文：加強宣導教育節水

由於今年降水情形比往年差，各區水情紛紛告急，新北市議員何博文表示，馬英九總統日前到石門水庫關切了解水位，呼籲各縣市首長前往水源地，親自了解缺水嚴重性！

何博文指出，新北市在今年2月26日針對板新地區和林口進行第二階段限水，除了呼籲民眾節約用水外，沒有任何具體作為，市長卻有時間出國推銷觀光、見老朋友？

何博文表示，擁有400萬人口的新北市，每天只能提供3萬8千噸的再生水，反觀，台南人口僅188萬，每天卻能提供14萬噸的再生水，指水情在告急情況下，恐將面臨第三階段限水問題，進而出現輪流停水窘境。因此呼籲市府要未雨綢繆，除重視因應缺水問題，更要宣導教育節水，避免波及民眾生活的不便。
