（法新社紐約7日電）跨足手機市場的美國軟體巨擘微軟（Microsoft）指控日本手機製造商京瓷侵犯專利。

根據6日法院文件，微軟指控京瓷的Android智慧型手機Duraforce、Hydro和Brigadier侵犯微軟的地理定位、文字簡訊等受到保護的專利。

微軟2013年同意買下諾基亞（Nokia）旗下手機部門，跨足手機市場。
