IOI不買台北101了　投審會：原申請案將逕予退回

針對馬來西亞商IOI集團決定不買頂新集團所持有的台北101股權，經濟部投資審議委員會今(6)日表示，由於申請事由已經消滅，後續將不再進行實質審理，原申請案將逕予退回。

有關頂新集團申請轉讓台北101股權給馬來西亞商IOI集團一案，今日有重大發展， IOI集團今日在馬來西亞證券交易所公告，與頂新集團的股權買賣合約有效期間已經在今年3月5日屆滿，IOI集團決定不再延展，並終止股權買賣合約。

對於這項發展，投審會執行秘書張銘斌表示，各相關單位對台北101股權轉讓申請案的意見最近才全部回來，因此，投審會原本安排在3月下旬的委員會進行處理，現在因為IOI已經表示不再延展合約時間，投審會將不會再進行實質審理，會將申請案直接退回。
