兆豐金擬併南山、彰銀　遭金管會打臉

原來還有這麼一段故事！

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，兆豐金去年曾與南山人壽、彰銀洽談合併，「目前還在推動中」，不排除「3合1」，合併為一家資產逾8兆元的超大型金控。

但金管會立刻打臉，強調潤泰集團總裁尹衍樑當年取得南山人壽控制性持股時，已承諾10年內不移轉股權，所以此案不可能通過。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
