昨天新聞有報導南大路店租漲,店一直倒

但這新聞說南大路靠火車站那邊是學區...有點不算吧

還說學府路靠光復路有人潮,人潮不等於錢潮....但那邊哪有什麼人潮啊

記者真有來過嗎??

但租金一直漲,店一直倒,倒也是真的
