IS劊子手為英國監控對象

伊斯蘭國斬殺西方人質的劊子手、被稱為（聖戰士約翰）的男子，身份已經確認，他是在科威特出生的二十多歲英國人（恩瓦齊），媒體報導，（恩瓦齊）是英國治安單位監控對象，但英國警方拒絕證實，全案還在調查...（夏明珠報導）

被認為是英國籍男子（恩瓦齊）的聖戰士約翰，去年八月首次在伊斯蘭國斬首美國記者佛利的影片中露面。後來，他又陸續出現在另一個美國記者、英國人道工作者、英國計程車司機、美國志工以及兩個日本人的斬首影片中出現。

他總是穿著黑色的罩袍，以黑布蒙臉，只露出眼睛和鼻樑，講話帶著英國口音。

據獲釋的人質說，伊斯蘭國總共有三個專門看管西方人質的英國籍聖戰士，他是其中之一，情報顯示，恩瓦齊1988年出生在科威特，六歲的時候移民英國，2009年從西敏寺大學畢業，主修電腦，前年家人報警說他失蹤，四個月之後，英國警方說他在敘利亞。

據報導，美國和英國去年就已經查出他的底細，為了避免打草驚蛇，它們不動聲色，現在經媒體披露，他的身份曝光，有報導說，英國軍情五處幾年前曾試圖吸收他為線人。（圖片取材自網路）
